Do not buy

The number on my address w missing I noticed as soon as I placed the order. There is way to cancel the order. I sent an email and filled out one of their forms to make sure they correct the address. Nothing not one reply so it looks like lost order.

Do not buy from this Company it has the worst Customer Service I have had to deal with. It’s a shame because the jewellery is lovely

Company non responsive to emails

I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered!
Bought two pairs of earrings. They are lovely, hence 2 stars. They sit and look really nice. So ordered two more pairs. But after ordering the next lot I realised the first two pairs are totally tarnished.
The top layer has turned copper from silver.
There black peeling and the inside of the loops has gone green.
I am sure I read they are non tarnishable and can sleep and shower in them
So gutted, as I now can't wear either of the pair.

Have emailed them twice, once through the contacts and next directly.

NO ANSWER!

Oh gosh

Oh gosh. Wish I had read these reviews before purchasing.. Looks like I am going to have a problem getting a refund.. I have just taken delivery of some earings.. Which I have to say look as shown on website and would be quite happy to them to my daughter for her birthday in a few weeks.. Except... The earring pole will not go through the backing fastener (pierced ears) so obviously no good.. I have emailed them about this and asked for comments as considered exchange.. Not mentioned this in.email.

Product are as good as those in temu.

Product are as good as those in temu.
Customer service is worst then temus.
Necklace I ordered was rough from the side which touches the skin.
Lock pendant doesnt get locked.
Raised this with customer service team over email with photos and videos, and they just vanished after that.
Stay away from this brand, they will just loot you for same products you get on temu. Im now reaching out to my bank for refund for the service not delivered

Wish I had read reviews...DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!!

I placed an order BEFORE I saw the reviews - my bad. I have never seen anything like this before. First of all,
the shipping address on my order is incorrect. I have emailed them several times for address correction. I get no response. I then requested my order be canceled. No response. So now, I am requesting a refund to my credit card which was charged $68. Of course...no response. IF my order shipped it certainly is not coming to me.

On the "up" side of things, I am reading that the "jewelry" is really terrible quality.

Just don't do it, ok?

The company can't be bothered to a message that i sent them via their website. The earrings I purchased are too heavy for my earlobes they don't sit nicely as they do on the model. Really disappointed as i like them. So I've wasted money and after reading other reviews wish I hadn't bought them. Company is a joke

Do not order from Riley Watson Jewellery

Please do not waste your money ordering from this company. The item that I received does not look the same as on the website, and it is of inferior quality to that shown on the website. The comms from this company are totally non-existent. I contacted them both through their website and directly via email and received zero response. I also complained through PayPal and it was never resolved.

AVOID!

Wish I'd read the real reviews (not the fake 5 star reviews highlight by Trust Pilot) before ordering. Tacky metal earrings received, nothing like their website advert. They look cheap and nasty and don't even sit properly in my ears. Having seen the other reviews I won't even attempt to get a refund, but advise any prospective purchasers to avoid the company at all costs. A total rip off!

BEWARE

BEWARE. Do not buy a single item from this company. Their literature states refunds if you want to return a product, good luck in trying to get that. I was told I could get a gift card, not my money back as stated on their website, but their products are cheap looking, bad workmanship, so did not want that.
Many emails back and forth with their customer service promising a credit back to my credit card was coming, and it never did. They kept requesting picutres, mailing labels, everything to avoid standing behind their policy of refund within a certain time frame which I adhered to. A SCAM company

Poor Quality, Returned, So Where's My Refund?

We ordered some necklaces as Christmas presents. They arrived fairly quickly, but the quality was nothing like that displayed on the website. We followed their return and refund policy, advising them that we were doing so over email and sending proof of postage as they demand. Initial response promised that they would send a refund upon receipt of the items.

They have since ignored any email chasing the refund, and PayPal are finding in Riley Watson's favour just because they have strung things out beyond the 30 day window PayPal says I should have complained to them within. I figured I was being respectful and patient, but that means I'm now out of pocket.

Don't buy from Riley Watson - the quality is not what is shown on the site, and if you dare to follow their own policies, you will not receive your money back.

Received a piece of tarnished junk

I ordered an "Olivia Clover Necklace / Silver / Diamond" necklace as simple, cheap Valentines day gift for £15. I received a piece of tarnished, Chinese junk with glass diamontes that didn't even sparkle. The advertising video made the stainless steel chain and pendant look really nice and shiny and the 4 magnetic hearts were supposed to fold in to a four leaf clover. In reality, the hinges 7on the heart pendant were so stiff that they couldn't be easily folded and when they were finally folded in to a cloverleaf, the necklace had to be removed and turn around as the cloverleaf would be upside down. The hooks connecteing the chain to the pendant were at the bottom of the pendant when it was folded from a line of 4 hearts to the cloverleaf!. This was obviously a design flaw. And in my opinion, the item was probably a "seconds" or a reject and not a "perfect". The delivery took almost 3 weeks as it came from North America (possibly Canada?...).
Don't waste your money with this company. Go to the local kids toy store and get some toy jewellery from there as it will be better quality.

Order iteam back in December

Order iteam back in December, didn't receive the iteam saying it been lost. I have been back anth forth with them trying get my money back. Said they will send me replacement no replacement and still no refund. Now they blank my emails. Rubbish don't even buy from them unless you like throwing your money away

I wish I could score them below zero. The quality of the pieces I received is so pathetic. Worse than you could buy in a dollar store in NZ. Everything they say on their website is a lie. One of the necklaces and the bracelet will not even fit me as it is childs size. I can’t even understand what warranty they are talking about as the product is of cheap material. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing from them. And they kept saying in email’the VIP’ gift box.. oh man, it’s the cheapest looking parcel I had ever received in my life. Never ever buying from them 😡

Low Quality and Unusable

I purchased 2 pairs of earrings that were pictured as an "ear hugger" look. They are not. They are low quality earrings that flop down and wobble. Company does not respond to emails to discuss returns. Worst online purchase ever.

Ordered, paid, never received!!!

I placed an order for 2 pairs of earrings last October, 2024. I have never received anything from these thieves. They tell me that it was delivered November 12th to Thunder Bay. I DO NOT LIVE IN THUNDER BAY. IT IS 1000 MILES FROM ME!!! They have no phone number and no way to get in touch with them. They do not answer emails. They are thieves!!!

Scam company!

I ordered a pair of earrings from this company, and payment was taken from my PayPal account on 31st January.
I have still not received my earrings, and despite emailing the company asking when my parcel will arrive, all I’ve received is emails stating in very small print ‘Batch delivery to carrier’. What the heck does that even mean???? If I don’t get a confirmed delivery date today I will seek a refund from PayPal. Needless to say I will never order anything from Riley Watson Jewellery again

The company is based in Hong Kong, although this is not stated on their website. I also believe that five star reviews here are AI generated, as the words and phrases are very similiar.
Ps I’ve just checked out Riley Watson address as given at the bottom of this Trustpilot page. This is the address given
