Never order from this company!!
Like others I wish I could have given zero stars. I ordered earrings at the beginning of June & still haven’t received them despite contacting the company & they directed me to Yodel who are saying the Tracking Number given by Riley Watson is wrong. Riley Watson are now ignoring my emails. Never deal with this company, they are taking money & not providing the goods.
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.... want the same item go through Amazon and pay a third cost for same item
This is the worst site I've ever encountered... I sent 6 emails and not one acknowledgeme t!..... If I'd bought from Amazon I'd have paid a third of cost for exactly the same item.... They ignore and pointless trying to return!
Scammers..... I'm fuming! If I could've guveno stars I would have...
BEWARE !!! …
I bought a "Silver" Bracelet thinking my Skin would be ok.
Unfortunately there was Nickel in the Bracelet and my Skin then got a Bad Rash.
If you have Sensitive Skin avoid Bracelet saying SILVER, always check the Description. !!!
broken tat
Ordered two necklaces and earrings. Both of the necklaces arrived broken and the earrings are awful and do not give any illusion of multiple piercings. Rubbish. Contacted the seller, got an email asking for photos. Sent them twice. Still waiting for a reply, and I won't hold my breath for a refund. Please avoid this seller as the jewelry is very poor standard and the customer service are non existent. Ex[pensive mistake. Wish I had read reviews first, as I normally do.
WISH I HAD READ REVIEWS FIRST BEFORE I…

DO NOT BUY
DO NOT BUY. They are dishonest their earrings do tarnish I have been waiting since February for replacement earrings that they kept saying were on the way. Ha ha I have never received them. Their after sales service is disgusted and I have reported them to Trading Standards and hopefully they will be put out of business for their dishonesty and false advertisement
Service shocking I ordered on May 14th…
Service shocking I ordered on May 14th but no earrings.Do not purchase from them .They are giving fake reviews so steer well clear
Very disappointed with the earrings
Very disappointed with the earrings
They were supposed to create an illusion of several piercings but were too big and didn’t sit correctly on the earlobe as shown on the illustration!
Wouldn’t buy again - avoid
Very cheap looking
I bought the 4 layer earrings (that are intended to look like you are wearing 4 earrings). They look very cheap and don’t stay in place so it doesn’t look like you are wearing 4 earrings, just one that is a weird shape! I received a free feather necklace, again VERY cheap looking and much larger than I expected/wanted. Very disappointed, not good value for money at all, will not buy again.
Nothing Received
Paid for a necklace, nothing received.
DO NOT USE THIS FAKE COMPANY
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY - DISHONEST PEOPLE!
I would give this company a zero if it was possible. I received earrings that were too big. Sent them back, they received them per tracking number and refuse to credit my card as well as respond to my many emails. Will have to open a dispute with my credit card company. Stay away from this company, they are not honest and in this broken world, shame on them!!!! :-(
I would give zero stars if possible
I would give zero stars if possible. This company is a complete scam. The earrings I purchased were £18 and said the items were anti tarnish and had a 3 year guarantee and looked beautifully made. The item I received was a rip off version probably from Temu as saw them advertised there for $1. I emailed the company but have had no response so will be reporting for deceptive advertising.
The worst company
I ordered 2 necklaces for my daughters and within one day they turned from golden to black. This is such a bad quality jewellery, they don’t even deserve 1 star. 🙁 please don’t buy from them
Terrible!
I ordered earrings for an event. Shipping should have had the item to me well before the event, however, they arrived 5 days after the event. Also, the earrings l(Cupid heart) look cheap and not as pictured.
Avoid
I purchased several items as Christmas gifts, all with a 3-year warranty. Here we are in early April, and stones have dropped out of the earrings; despite the three year warranty there is Zero customer service from Riley Watson and Paypal have declined the claim when reported as beyond 30 days (stones fell out more than 30 days after delivery). Now to card provider to file a claim. Sleek but deceptive marketing via social media.
Got delivered in December but was…
Got delivered in December but was squashed in a box and bent. Sent back recorded delivery and they received 6th January. Still have not received refund and they do not answer emails. No phone number and how many customers have they done this to!! Disgusting should not be allowed
Very disapointing
Very disapointing! The delivery time was ok, but the quality of the jewelry is cheap. In the bracelet, there were two (!) stones missing, I then contacted customer service but they do not bother to reply.
Honestly, for the relatively high price, the products and customer service are way beyond - every Euro spent is a Euro too much. Do not buy with this company!!!
This company is a scam
This company is a scam. I lost £120 already. Please see my email sent to them below: I never received the items.
Re: New customer message on 13 March 2025 at 15:22
Dear Sir/Madam,
Subject: Request for Update on Order and Refund
I am writing about your email dated the 19th of March 2025. Your last message mentioned that my order was prepared and ready for dispatch.
I want to highlight that I placed my order in good faith and with high trust, despite not having seen any reviews. Below, I have included the purchase invoices for you to review, detailing my order items (865278 and 865282). I placed this order on the 08th of March 2025.
Additionally, I will return to Sri Lanka on the 14th of April 2025, for eight (08) months due to family commitments. As you can see, I ordered many items under two invoices for my relatives and loved ones in Sri Lanka. I have already paid over £120.00, trusting in your business.
Please arrange a refund if you cannot deliver the items before 14h of Aprilpril 2025. I have tried to reach you multiple times through your website, social media, and email, but I haven't gotten a response to my order yet.
I would greatly appreciate an update as soon as possible.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Regards,
Ranga Perera

Still Waiting for My Refund After Months
I returned an item to Riley Watson in January, and they confirmed receipt of my return, but I have yet to receive my refund. Despite multiple attempts to contact them via email, my messages remain unanswered. It's been several months now, and I’m extremely frustrated with the lack of communication and resolution. I expected much better customer service from a company that promotes quality products. I hope this review serves as a warning to others—be cautious when ordering from them.
Not a happy customer
Placed an order for some earrings. Saw the advertisement on Facebook. Earrings looked nothing like they did in the advertisement. Really not happy.
