After visiting almost every tile shop in Ireland I would highly recommend Right Price Tiles (Ballyfermot), ask for Jack. I popped into the Ballyfermot store and from start to finish Jack was so knowledgeable and just got what I was after even though I didn't really. Quality, price and knowledge you can't beat.

I went to right price tiles store in ballyfermot today. Our server was call Jack.so helpful very patient with us .Helped and talk us through what we would need to tile our bathroom.we purchase all we needed ..there and then. We are in our 70 so to see a young man so respectfull
was a tonic to us.Thank you Jack .we will be back

The laminate floors are substandard we bought two different types for two different areas the same day both are rubbish. One was supposed to be the top wearing floor and the other was a step below it. Both floors replaced laminate that was down 9 years previously and are supposedly a lesser hard wearing floor the the new ones.
The new floors are down almost two years now they are worse looking they need replacing already and then they were been fitted the carpenter noted a lot of boards were in his opinion manufactured faulty. We went to the manager in Limerick with a number of the faulty boards surprised to say he blamed everything but themselves a very full of it man. We also bought a bathroom mirror the same time as the floors it developed a grey stained look around the edges of the glass the above man did not seem surprised by this needless to say nothing done about it.

Conclusion Right Price Tiles seem to sell factory faulty below par tat that last's a long as a irish summer AVOID

Was in your sandyford branch today, got served by darragh, he was so helpful and polite. I will be back here again.

Always problems with delivery times poor unhelpful attitude of staff. Tiles were terrible quality - tiler complained nonstop. Not square and some sizes off. This was 2nd bathroom - we have 2 more - won’t be going back. Bray store.

Spent over 2K in Ballincollig, Cork

Some items weren't delivered and we had to go and collect ourselves - after paying for delivery, when I asked about a delivery refund, I was told someone would contact me, never heard from anyone - just lip service

The bill/invoice I got was not itemized, don't know how much I paid for anything, I asked several times for an itemized bill and was told it would be emailed - never got it - just lip service.

Problem with the tiles, they stained really badly when they were laid. Problem with mirror, the lighting element broke after couple of months and my electrician couldn't fix and said to return to them. The tap rusted after a few months. When I returned with this list of problems and my original invoice, I was told, a formal complaint would be lodged in head office and someone would contact me, never heard anything - just lip service.

Can't email directly, can only fill in those customer service forms - filled one of those in with list of problems and no one contacted me back

Bought tiles for bathroom in the Boucher Road, Belfast store. When we collected them and presented them to the tilers they were the wrong ones so the tilers took them back to get the correct ones and what did they say? Have the clients changed their minds? No, you gave us the wrong ones! The two tilers lost about three hours each and presented us with a hefty bill for lost time. When we explained this matter to Right Tiles they had no sympathy and were not interested in any form of compensation. Very disappointing as it was clearly their error on the computer. Needless to say we won’t be back and would not recommend this company. You will not get any good will gesture from WRONG TILES!!!

Right Price Tiles cannot be trusted to supply the goods ordered and paid for when they are scheduled. There is always an issue which the particular store have "just this minute been told about". They have also no regard for the fact that people have engaged a tradesman to do a particular job and their non fulfillment of the contracted agreement has wider implications.
I ordered tiles, paid for them and was given a delivery date. On going to collect them, was told that they are not available and no one knows when they will be. This is absolutely shameful.

Ennis Co.Clare. worst service Iv ever experienced. I ordered a heart for a fire place. There was no answer when I called to see was it ready. When I eventually got through I was told it wasn't in. Less than 5mins later I got a call back saying it was coming in today collect it at 2. I call to the shop at two and to be told the staff would get it for me. 20mins later was told it was in the store. Drove down to the store to be told it was in the shop. He rang the shop they say it was in the sore spent another 15 mins looking for it to be told go up to the shop for it. How u can you loose something that size if it only came in that day is beyond me. Turns out I ordered the heart too high so unfortunately I'd to deal with them again. They were very accommodating this time and told me twas no problem they get the 2inch one she showed us the catalogue and all. It was to be in the following Wednesday. Once again no answer for 3 days I'd left voicemail. Eventually I rang the downstairs tile shop. When I got through no1 know what the story was and said they ring back no call back. I rang downstairs again and got through be told it wasn't possible to get it in the 2inch height. Why advertise some it not possible to do. False advertising bad communication bad management rude you name it they got it all... doesn't even deserve a star

I would highly recommend Right Price Tiles in Cork City Centre. I had to pick out a full bathroom and tiles in one visit to the store and Lloyd was so helpful and patient, Lloyd was so knowledgeable and was able to make the whole process so easy. A fantastic selection of tiles and bathroom furniture and really great staff very friendly and professional. Lloyd I really appreciate your help and would highly recommend you.

Spent close to €6,000 in this shop, the man ordered far too many of the floor tiles and not enough of the wall tiles, so had to go back twice for more wall tiles, tried returning almost 2 boxes of the floor tiles and they refused to take them back even though he ordered too many!!!! AVOID!

Store in Tralee. Went in last month to pick out a tile. One of the staff was texting on his phone. I felt that I was disturbing the other member as he was watching TV. Years I've been buying my tiles there. My daughter also brought all hers when she brought her home. Won't be interrupting their TV watching again

Have used right price tiles several times whilst updating my home and have found them helpful and value for money. I though Martin, one of the staff members was extremely knowledgeable and was able to help convert the measurements I had as they only advertise in yards and my measurements were in feet. the price was very competitive and he was even able to give me recommendations for tradesmen.

Bought my laminate floor in Dundalk Retail Park.. Martin helped me throughout 2 visits and was very helpful. Anyone going to this store find Martin he is great!!

do not let noel fit your tiles ,worst tiler ever , he was a disgrace complained about everything ,left 2 inch gaps and told me i should fit wood to conceal the gaps, right price tile should not have such an amateur doing tiles.so dissapointed with my floors now after spending nearly 2grand it looks like i fitted them myself

Buyer beware, if you change your mind once and order has been ‘processed’ you will not receive an electronic refund, instead the refund is referred to head office who issue a cheque! This is supposed to be issued within 10 working days however we waited 12 working days for our cheque to arrive and only received it after we had phoned enquiring where it was. Ridiculous carry on!

Purchased my laminate flooring from Right Price Tiles a few months ago. The experienced men that I had putting down the floor had a problem from the onset and went back to RIGHT PRICE TILES and got absolutely no satisfaction. It took hours to laid down the floor and in no time at all the flooring began to chip . I had the manager call to my house to show him. He took photographs and said he would get someone from the company to call me. I eventually had to call the company myself and once again I got no satisfaction.
Totally dissatisfied with this company and I have found out since that I'm not the only one .
