one thing I will say is the lads in coolock store are always very helpful.

Right price tiles Boucher road have ripped my pregnant daughter off to the tune of £600 for tiles that were off square and all different sizes and refused to refund me my money but instead (Daniel) offered me a credit note on unopened boxes or wait 3/4 weeks for a representative/bandit to come out and see the tile defects..
Stay away from these scammers wouldn't waste anymore money on their brutal 2nds tiles, absolutely disgraceful company stay clear.

Had an extension done on my house and got all our tiles and supplies at Right Price on the Kylemore Road. Bathroom and Kitchen. Got a great deal when VAT free sale was on and they took back what we didn't use.

I got quotation from Athlone branch, the next day, they claimed there were having vat free, so I decided to get tiles and bathroom accessories. Suddenly they said, the price they had given me was sale price, even though when I was getting quotation, there was no mention of sale, they couldn't give me vat off, unless they put up the price of the tiles and bathroom accessories. VAT FREE IS NOT TRUE

Tiles sizes are always brutal , im fitting tiles over 20 years now and anytime tiles come from rpt always major issues with sizes of tiles , impossible to keep joints straigt while 60 cm tile in box can be 60,2 and next one 59,8
Absolutely brutal quality , stay away from that place !!

Rubbish returns policy
I bought 40 sq metres of tiles in Rite Price Boucher Rd. I Was told I needed 3 bags of grout. Two weeks later the job was done and the tiler only used one bag of grout. I assumed the shop would refund me for the 2 bags I didn't use because they miscalculated the amount I needed.
Only to be told by the extremely ignorant Manager that grout is as perishable as milk and he would not refund my money and it was not up for debate.
I will never go near Rite Price Tiles again.
What a con.

Absolutely never again. Right Price Tiles Blanchardstown!!! I have never felt so dissatisfied with the service and reception I received at this store.
They do not give a dam about you once they have your money!! I paid over 3000€ for tiles and laminate flooring, I picked my delivery of laminate up on the 7 of July and went to return two boxes of unopened laminate to be told, the 30 days return had lapse and that they would not refund the two boxes. This i felt after all that I had spent was extremely poor service and I will never buy from them again or never say a good word about them.

I never write reviews but this was a must,because the right price tiles, in Derry are the most pleasant, friendly and extremely helpful, the service I've received from Connor, Cahir and Ciaran has been exceptionally,

Certainly very helpful and we will see whether the tiles I bought are seconds or not. What is very much against this retailer is their habit of quoting in square yds in the Eurozone (ROI) which is used to metric measures, but in square meters in the UK (Belfast) where yards and miles etc. are still the main units of measure. This makes prices in the Republic at first glance look as cheap as over the border but of course the measure in square yards is 14% smaller. Why the CCPC has not intervened to stop this I cannot fathom as it is certainly bordering upon sharp practice.

I went to the Sandyford shop to pick out tiles that went on sale a few days later and was told we would have to pay full price for them because we got a quote a few days previous to the sale Ciaran assisted us and couldn’t have been nicer to us the day we picked out the tiles but when we rang to say we wanted sale prices his attitude changed dramatically!! Told me I was ear wigging and got it wrong !! Customer service is shocking by this assistance manager should be sacked on the spot for speaking to a paying customer the way he did!! Disgraceful carry on will not be back again!!

I popped to the Liffey Valley store this morning to purchase some tiles for a small job. I had bought a lot of tiles in the store 4 years ago when we renovated our house. I was very pleasantly surprised at the new layout and quickly found the tiles I had picked out online.
A gentleman called Kieran served me and the service was excellent. He was very professional and efficient and went out of his way to help me. He also gave me some tips for the job I had planned.
He helped me load by car with my tiles and was extremely helpful in general. I would definitely recommend Right Price Tiles for the value and Liffey Valley store for the professional service

Have to say excellent selection of tiles and extremely obliging staff. We dealt between Naas and Liffey Valley branches. The staff were so helpful. When we ordered our tiles we asked if they could be supplied by a certain date. This was fulfilled and the lads arranged delivery for us. Couldn't recommend Right Price Tiles highly enough

Excellent customer service in Dundalk store.Andrew,Bart and Martin were all so helpful at different times when I was in store..I highly recommend this store and prices to suit all pockets..Happy customer.

The best shop with grt prices/quality and the most helpful staff, plus lots of styles to choose from that I was stress free leaving shop because of the professionalism of staff helping you choose then a bonus of getting a grt tiler to tile my house, I won't go anywhere else now THANKYOU

Best priced tiles by far anywhere in Dundalk. The boys in the shop couldn’t aw been more helpful from helping with the tile choices to getting my order on time. Will be returning again.

Do not recommend at all!! Right price tiles store in Wexford. The customer service is dreadful. Bought laminate flooring from them recently, some were damaged. Returned to get a replacement the two lads who I returned the flooring to, couldn't care less. Their lack of enthusiasm is shocking. In a world of their own. However the only good thing, the boys helped bring the two pack of boards to my car. Got home, those boards were damaged. Asked for a refund on those boards, 'couldn't be nicer'!! How convenient! Wouldn't refund money to card over phone, they stated you can't do that. But I know that isn't true. Just couldn't be bothered. Overall, they're the worst place to do any business with to be honest. No consistency. Avoid!!
