Horrendous experience in Clonmel store.Needed to return faulty item,staff was gruff on phone and in person.I was told returning item was inconvenient and staff was not authorised to give refunds only manager.Second visit to manager was just as bad,was told email head office for refund,again confrontational and argumentative.Finally agreed to refund in person.Very bad service and treatment.

We purchased the materials to do a full bathroom renovation with this company. We dealt with with the ballincollig shop. So amazing to deal with when making the order obviously but went through absolute hell afterwards. The renovation started around 3 weeks after the items were delivered and we realised the towel warmer rad had not been delivered. We called the shop and explained and they could see on the system it was not delivered but no one bothered to called us to tell us this after 4 weeks. We went to the shop to be greeted by Eoin, the most unprofessional sales assistant I have ever met who said ‘I have been looking at this rad for weeks now I was wondering were you ever going to collect it’ but yet he never called to say it was in the warehouse and it should have been included in the delivery we paid for. We ended up being short 11 tiles to finish the bathroom and were told they are now discontinued. We eventually found some in the Waterford shop and had to pay a currier €200 to deliver them to our house. We were never told they were being discontinued on purchase. Our sink unit is also damaged and the brackets for shower panel were missing. Avoid!!!!

The person who served me in Sandyford, stank of drink and told me a story about ripping off a customer he didn't like. I should have known! He assured me I could return unused tiles. The next day I returned the tiles as they weren't right and was charged a 20% recycling fee. When I mentioned that he had said I could return them free of charge, he pointed out miniscule small print on the invoice that is literally impossible to read. You have to ask why they print it so small. Stay away.

We have been to store and needed help by store manager at naas co.kildare to sort the refund issue are for us. He has been so rude to us and was arguing so loudly on my husband. He also has been told that don't come to this store ever again. After discussion with friends and family in our area, everyone said they all faced the same behaviour by him. As far as I understand no one should insult customer like this. Please take some action against him

Len in Fonthill was amazing he made it very stress free for us. We had 2 bathrooms,kitchen tiles, and whole house of wooden floor everything was amazing thanks to Len .

They have a fair variety of tiles in a very reasonable price! I bought vertine grey in gloss and the product was available for collection on time. Easy process and not even one tile was chipped. We ran short of a few tiles but luckily they had plenty stock in store so we got few more boxes easily. I find their prices for bathroom fittings and shower doors very reasonable too! Only problem is they don't provide fitting services so e had to find fitters ourselves

Ordered 7 boxes of tiles on Friday for collection. They said not to arrive for collection but to wait for a phonecall that tiles are ready to be collected. Heard nothing so followed up the following Thursday (6 days later). The man in the phone said they were one box short but it would be available the next day. So I went to collect on the Saturday morning giving them an extra day to have my goods ready. Arrived Saturday, one box still missing, left there with only 6 boxes. Was told to come back the following Tuesday morning to collect (my tiler was carrying out the work that Tuesday so this was urgent now). The lad said he'd be there at 8.30am so I could collect. Arrived, no one there til 9am. Went inside, box still missing. Man inside said the courier will bring it out if I could wait one hour. Went off to Ballincollig town wasting time for 30 minutes and my tiler rang. 3 tiles in the initial boxes were broken. Now I needed 1 box plus 3 tiles. Rang again and courier still had not left. Now it would be another hour til he could come out. Had to drive out to turners cross location myself as I was frustrated and running out of time just to get my tiles as the tiler had already started his work at home. Just an absolute disaster of a logistics service. I live 40 minutes from this store so you can imagine the time, effort and diesel wasted on this company over those 2 weeks of complete carnage. I am so sorry I dealt with them but me and the family will steer clear going forward with our new build renovations. Lesson learnt.

All Staff happy to help, we decided to update our Ensuite & Gavin helped to give us exact measurements & amount of tiles needed & accessories, following on such great service we decided to go back to Right Price Tiles to get Tiles from Eoin again with accessories nothing a problem, we left a deposit & returned to pay in full when Tiles arrived, we met Gavin late one evening while browsing showers & bathwater, nothing was too much trouble, his level of information on every item we needed ie, thermostatic shower,trays sinks & accessories nothing fazed him and Gavin completed the sale with great customer service , it's 20 years since we updated our main bathroom, we tiled from Right Price Tiles, so returning customer's we were very happy with the level of customer care ,knowledge & service with a smile, if its grout Tiles anything floor ,bath Shower related pop in to the lads at Right Price Tiles Tramore Waterford, Many thanks Gavin ,Eoin & All the lads well done we will recommend you with 100% confidence

Floors are lovely but when you buy they add a bottle of cleaner to your bill without you knowing. You pay for it & you don't receive it Wonder how much money they make out of this..Nice little earner I bet.

Spent almost 600 pound on tiles last November. Bought these tiles with absolutely no understanding these were SECONDS and did not level sqaure when down. Two different tilers came to try and put these tiles down and both said they will not put their name to the tiles being put down that's how far off the tiles were. I was young and heavily pregnant and feel like this store took advantage of that to sell me them knowing I had no understanding of this. The tile representative of the store came to my home and 'reviewed' this situation only for a year now to have passed and still nothing. I had to then go buy more tiles a month before Christmas and go to the loss of this money.

They also tried to blame me for buying these tiles as apparently to buy tiles you should know to ask if they are second tiles or not. I don't go to a mechanic with my car and tell him how to fix it. It is their responsibility to inform their customers what exactly they are buying instead of scamming them and later and saying no refund.

STAY CLEAR THIS COMPANY DOES NOT UNDERSTAND CONSUMER RIGHTS!

I bought all my laminate floors there last year. All of the boards are chipping and cracking and scratching even though they were sold to me as commercial grade. I made a complaint and the man that apparently owns that flooring company came to my house and blamed the fitter. I used two different fitters and it’s happening in every room. They refused to offer any compensation or refund. A terrible company to deal with after spending over €2000. Stay away from them. Appalling quality and customer service

Derek in kylemore very helpful, ordered laminate flooring but they didn't have in stock in time, so got sorted with other laminate in time and checked for each one i requested, very helpful, and all sorted in time.

Went to right price tiles in coolmine D15 today, couldn’t of met two nicer guys Stephen and Noel. They where both so helpful and went above and beyond. Would highly recommend to buy tiles here. brilliant experience all down to Stephen & Noel . Thank you so much from Vicky & Dorothy

Bought a unit with them and the unit is scratched and drawer wont open/close, terrible quality across all stores and will never buy from them again. No customer service and if you are considering buying make sure to read the term and conditions as they are the worst I have ever seen. Definitely not a customer focused group, basically taking everyone for a ride. Stay well clear unless you want massive problems and poor quality and over exaggerated reductions which are all false. DONT BUY anything from Right Price Tiles.!!

Found them online. Didn't realise initially they are based in Ireland / N. Ireland. Fortunately I only ordered a couple of samples which they took payment for. Having heard nothing for 3 weeks, I emailed. No response. I tried Facebook Messenger - no response. I then posted a comment on their latest Facebook post and got a reply - please email us at .... which I did. No response. So glad I didn't trust them with my £900 order! Frustrated that I've wasted almost a month and £10 delivery charge but it could have been so much worse. Not worth the risk.

Terrible service from rpt,paid a deposit for tiles last year when we were buying our 1st house.
Tiler told us point blank he won't use the tiles if we bought them so we asked for deposit back,not a hope bear in mind nothing had been ordered told we had a credit note instead..
Happened to be up there towards back end of last year got a copy of credit note good job as we returned today to use the credit for stuff we didn't want but the credit was due to expire.
Staff couldn't care told us they had 2sqm of tiles we wanted,when we mentioned credit note well there attitude changed asked us for proof told us wasn't in system as we had been told it would be this was like a red rag to a bull I drove 45mins back home to get said credit note,returned got a lovely sales man named Cameron funny they had more than 2sqm of the tile when he was dealing with us used the credit and left..
Coolock store is a disgrace staff so rude don't care,manager never there when you have an issue bit I will say Cameron was a pure gent to deal with.

Have bought tiles & bathroom furniture from Right Price Castlebar in the past and found service/quality good.
Just tried their new floor range, German made Powerfloor hydro protect -12mm AC 6 rated in Traditonal oak, a lovely light but warm coloured, natural looking laminate.
Fitter said it was excellent to fit and good quality, very little wastage. It has certainly transformed a previously yucky carpeted bedroom into something much smarter.
Floor looks and feels fabulous & benefit is it's easy clean and durable, in a rural house with dogs that's important!. The laminate chosen could easily go through the house, it's such lovely flooring.

Got tiles in Lower Glanmire Road depot. "Assistant" worked out my requirements from measurements in the Architect's drawing I gave him, told me I needed 8sq metres. Drove 45K to collect them, had to return 2 days later as I was 2sq metres short. NO apology, defensive attitude by sales person, telephoned later to speak to Manager who was to telephone me, still waiting!
