Great customer service, helped me after I made a mistake of not researching the requirements of the vehicle and refunded me my money as otherwise I would be stuck in Greece begging for 5€ to get back to the airport

Riderly‘s service is going above and beyond - I can fully recommend their service.
After I had troubles finding the rental shop in Carvoeiro/Portugal (adress was misleading), my contact Lucas not only guided me there via phone and helped me find it, he even reached out after the rental period to check if everything had been ok and if I have had a good time with the scooter...where do you still find that nowadays?
I would give more than 5 stars if I could - thanks a lot guys and keep up the good work...

Just bloody amazing people. We looked up last minute for two rides to go out in Sofia. Quickly it looked like the all city was sold out… but the staff in Riderly made it happen by some miracle. Above and beyond what you can even expect from a online customer service. They kept checking on us, sending other options. And yes we finally got 2 BMW GS in near new conditions, at unbeatable fares. I wish it always goes this way when looking for stuff abroad online.

The typical experience of renting a motorcycle is agonizing. So when I arrived to Portugal, I was prepared to suffer the logistical nightmare to get my iron horse.

I looked up rental places on Google but didn't really know whom to choose based on their websites from the early 2000s. Until I stumbled upon Riderly.

A few clicks, an online payment, and boom! That's it.

Riderly's support team even helped me pick the best bike for the city.

I got a brand new Suzuki V-Storm 650 with just 500km on it.

I Hired bike from them in UK a couple of months back. And from my previous experience with them hired then in Greece this time. And really I never thought their service would be same as before in UK. I am absolutely amazed with their professionalism and I can bet you their bike collections are super. I rode with an Harley-Davidson Road King and it was an amazing experience.
