We can’t thank Gillian and the rest of the team at the Morpeth branch enough for their help throughout our first purchase. They were always just a phone call or email away if we had any queries and helped to ensure our transaction progressed as smooth as possible.

On 19/3/2024 at 13:05, I tried to call their office regarding the detail on the rightmove regarding the terrace located at Debdon Road.
During the conversation, I have politely asked the lady/salesperson, whether she can offer any further detail such as "floor plan" "photos" as I an interested in that terrace and wanna grab more detail in order to make deicion.
Unfortunately, the lady who picked up the line kept saying that" we have no photos, what is floor plan, ha?ha? I don't know, what??? What ? Floor plan? I don't know what is,floor floor plan, no plan", then I repeated asked her but she still teasing at me. As a salesperson, how come she doesn't know what is floor plan? The lady keep shouting at me over the phone, and said " floor plan? What is floor plan? I don't know, I don't understand what is floor plan....."
The attitude of this lady really aroused my anger, what she said not only demonstrated her customer service attitude was very poor, but also demonstrated she was not professional at all.

After 30 minutes,13:39 of 19/3/2024 i rang the office again and anther one lady alleged to be the director of the branch picked up my call, she admitted that the lady was her subordinate, she also admitted that they can do better for this incident. However, they still failed to get back to me about the detail I have requested until now.
I wonder what they did already harm their business as they didnt know how to respect the clients, they are also unkind and not helpful at all.
I really feel disappointed towards this company.

A horrendous experience with Rickard from start to finish - never again!

The service and value we were provided by Rickards when selling our property in Pegswood was excellent and we have no hesitation in highly recommending Rickards to other sellers and buyers. Everyone from Rickards involved with the sale was very professional.

No request is too much and assistance with the purchasing process is offered without the need to ask. Advice about tradesmen and local facilities is readily available and the customer service is second to non. I was the buyer and was very lucky to have been introduced to Gillian and the Morpeth office. The team members I spoke with Cheryl and Ashleen all were fantastic, but for me Gillian was and has been an outstanding brand ambassador for Rickard. The whole team have been extremely professional and helpful in helping my elderly mother downsize to a new flat. Communication throughout the whole process was excellent. Queries were always answered promptly and we were kept up to date throughout.

Just sold out house today with Rickards. Absolutely amazing service. Mostly dealt with Cheryl who kept me up to date with everything immediately. She was friendly and efficient and was always in touch with the solicitors. The phone was always answered immediately. The whole team at Rickards worked really well together. It was a pleasure to deal with you.
