Dawn Leslie has been really amazing. It was so easy to work with her as a Conveyancer. She was so helpful and supported in managing the buyer's solicitors and the buyer's, given the time it took for the case to complete. I wish her all the best with everything in the future.

After experiencing a fairly tumultuous 20 months of trying to sell a property , I was constantly reassured by the optimism and professionalism shown by the staff in Rickards, in particular I have to mention Gillian who worked so hard to deal with the communication between myself, buyer and two sets of solicitors.
I would rate their service at 6 star if it was an option.

I would recommend Rickard Estate Agents for any moves you would wish to make, a very professional and trustworthy team, who helped make the move less stressful, especially after not moving for 24 years previously.

I would also praise Dawn for her professionalism and willingness to help with even the most minor query and concern.

As a first time buyer I was nervous at the process however had exceptional service and advice. Massive thank you to Dawn who really went out of her way to keep me up to date and it really felt like she cared. Thank you so much to Rickards.

Rickards at Morpeth both Gillian and Cheryl were amazing kept me updated chased both solicitors and was lovely. At the beginning there were a few mix ups and stresses but once they were sorted it was all good and easy.
