We have used Mike Rogerson to manage our let property for many years and have always found them to be proactive in their approach and very reliable in payment of funds. The staff have always been very helpful and professional with any queries.

The absolute worste experience I've ever had in a tenancy. I've been hassled by mike rogerson since day one and they've contributed to exacerbating and ongoing medical condition by adding further stress through nothing but sheer selfishness and greed. I suppose if your only concern is making a fast few quid then that's exactly what you want but dealing with the aftermath of a tenancy that's gone badly wrong due to mismanagement and naivety they're not going to tell you that. They're not pointing out the property they're selling you needs thousands spent on it and is directly behind a nightclub, and the neighbours like to make noise complaints at the same time as being noise complaints. I'd love to be able to say they've made me sick but in fairness I was ill already they've just made me worse. I think If I'd found out how this company had managed my property I'd be sueing them for my money back.
