In particular, Karen Marijewko was exceptionally professional, prompt, and consistently proactive in keeping us updated at every stage of the process. Her communication was clear, timely, and genuinely reassuring, making what can often be a stressful experience run smoothly.

She is on top of everything, keeps in regular contact and makes you feel like your house sale is genuinely important to her.
She also keeps in contact with solicitors on both sides, chases anything that needs doing and makes sure that everything happens as it should.
If Amanda isn’t available Amber acts on her behalf so you are never left in the lurch.

We have used Richard Kendall for many years so when deciding to sell our loved property due to heath issues this was the company we straight away contacted initially David at the Wakefield Office and then we were luckily put with senior consultant Karen Marijewko. Karen was so thoughtful and kind she knew about our health problems and went out of her way to guide us through the process of selling and buying .She is a senior property consultant and really deserves that title . If we ever have to move again I would definitely ask for Karen and would advise family and friends to do the same.

Elizabeth Cooke gave us fabulous professional help with the sale of 4 properties - she is very approachable and efficient . In our most recent sale of a leasehold flat with more complex issues she was particularly helpful. She kept in touch with all parties - both ourselves and the buyer and solicitors from both sides. She has great communication skills and we felt informed throughout the sale. We felt that we were in safe hands with an experienced and responsive professional who could give us advice if needed.

Professional and supportive purchase with Karen Marijewko at Richard Kendall. This is the first time we have dealt with Richard Kendall, Karen was extremely supportive of guiding us through our purchase with weekly progress calls and helping us communicate with the seller. Compared with our agent and solicitor she was head and shoulders above everyone we have dealt with in our moving experience.

Karen did a great job with this one for us. Sales take forever to go through these days, so you need someone like Karen on your side constantly checking on the buyer and both sets of solicitors, to make sure no-one is slacking.
