Genuine review, I have had no issues with Rhino bet.
Casino game selection is good , verification was fast and easy , although no live support , the support via email is so quick that infact it is better than many other casinos alleged 'live support'.
Withdrawal speed is average but always processed.
Only down sides, slot games are capped at relatively low max stake levels , £4 / £10.
Would really like to see some kind of rewards points / loyalty points system in place.
Have deposited and played through many thousands and no real rewards or cashback to speak of.
On the whole , i would recommend this site without any problems.

Having has an account for only 1 week, I had been happily depositing and playing, until my account was suspended without warning. I emailed the casino to ask why (they have no live chat support, nor phone number - email is your only option) and to advise them that I had several wagers in flight, which would now necessarily result in a loss, as the game provider automatically closes open games after 3 hours, in a way that is unfavourable to the player.
A few hours later, they replied to say that I needed to email ID verification documents to them.
At the bottom of this email - and at the bottom of every email that customers receive from rhino.bet - was the following statement : "Security Warning: Please note that this e-mail has been created in the knowledge that Internet e-mail is not a 100% secure communications medium. We advise that you understand and observe this lack of security when e-mailing us."
I replied to their email pointing out that they cannot tell me to email sensitive documents at the same time as telling me that their email is not secure, and I offered instead to upload the requested documents directly to their website.
We exchanged a few emails back and forth, with them assuring me that it is safe to email such documents (but with the same security warning about using email at the end of each of these messages) and me replying to explain why it is not safe to do so, as their own email footer acknowledges.
The casino then decided to close my account, but will not return the funds remaining in my account unless I email them even more sensitive banking details.
I have asked them to call me or to provide me with a number on which I can call them, so that a mutually acceptable solution can be found, but they have ignored every email. They believe that they can bully their customers into complying by withholding the customer's funds. I guess I'll be reporting another casino to UKGC.

Terrible betting site, I’ve been winning money on this site on virtual betting. I have then took my profit and started again placing bets on virtual dogs, when I placed a bet the screen crashed and the race would not load.. it took my money and can’t get intouch to find out where my stake has gone.

In my experience and I have quite a bit Rhino bet is an excellent online casino... this site is easy to navigate and the choice of slots studios excellent the only slight down on that would be the fact that they don't feature any no limit city games..but hacksaw and pragmatic are available and this makes up for that .. fast payouts are a feature of the site too..I am not really a user of casino free bonus so cannot comment on that and so for me the only downside is no direct contact email otherwise I would put this review down as 5star ... as I did message them on twitter as they request but have had no reply ... but all in all a good fair casino
