So I asked for the funds to be sent and just close my account

They sent the funds Sat in my wallet, but the bouns I hit was a straight no!!

Signed up as new customer placed my £20 bet was told my free welcome bet would be in my account 24 hours after settlement , a week later still waiting sent emails but no explanation back , STAY AWAY keep with the high street bookies.

Offer promotions but did not honour them. Seem like a scam as per other reviews.

Scam company, they don't reply to emails and don't payout.

Have set up an account and successfully deposited. Then go to place a bet and my account is blocked until I send exhaustive documentation, which is annoying but for customer protection so one of those things.

However, do not let me deposit if you need further documentation as now I’m out of pocket and it’s been 3+ days since I’ve shared the correct info.

No answers from their “customer service” which is just disappointing. Don’t take money if you cannot honour your side of the deal.

Signed up with their bet 20 get 20 code, made a bet and lost. Waited patiently for my bet credits then chased them up. Get told that I didn’t sign up with that code and they won’t give the credit. Literally just quoted T&Cs.

Another fraudulent gambling site. Lost money fulfilling the new account requirements to get the bonuses, then they cheat me and tell me i can't have the bonus. Absolutely shocking, stay well away from these. Another classic site offering a free cash bonus. You deposit, go to use your free bet credit and they suspend your account. No livechat and no one responds to emails. How they company's get away with it I don't know. 20 pound down the drain. Also have taken 20 pound off me without verifying my age which is illegal.

Shocking,only signed up a few days ago,wasted £207 on dead spins,not a high roller,I do small bets(20/40p) because I prefer the gameplay however 20 dead spins with a 50p win constantly isn't normal, account now closed

Poor poor site, I've deposited well over 70 pound and lost a few bets but once one starts winning they suspend your account for no reason. Can't even contact them to ask why. I advise to stay well away from these scammers and 1 star is too much

Poor site no live chat and staff don’t answer emails very quick and they don’t do what you ask them to do . Stay with the bigger companies far better service and bet selections

Joined approximately a month ago nothing but problems , they try and keep your money won't let you delete no customer service, DO NOT JOIN THEY ARE FRAUDS.

Hi right I joined yesterday. I sent an email (only contact method they have) and asked if my account was okay. No response. I read alot of extremely poor reviews regarding rhino bet. I gave the benefit of doubt and went on to deposit, I realised down the line the outlay was very familiar and settings and the company. I then panicked (changed email over the years) that I was remembering that was self excluded on some of the sistersites. Before the judge that was put I place due to lack of gaming and glitching of the site (not gambling issues) as stated it was a long time ago. Then thought why is no-one replying . It shouldn't of let me open the account .and I couldn't get in contact with them and assumed it was okay and made several deposits.  I then did send a few stressful emails as I wanted to speak to someone first.then I was worried that I had already had an account with rhinobet as it was very familiar!!! So firstly I  was completely honest to come forward and express my concerns upon registration but I got no reply for hours. As explained I was upfront .then I went back on the site and it said account suspended.  So then thought why and maybe i have got duplicate account or self exclusion ( possibly ended) on another account.  I got a reply saying it was suspended due to needing verification documents  . I uploaded them then received another email saying we are closing your account! That doesn't give me a decent explanation and I disagree with this decicsion.  So I expressed I wasn't happy and to give me more reasons. I'm going to file a complaint to IBAS regarding this as I feel this wasn't good enough reason.  And it let me deposit over £££ without any verification first. Quite rude short answeredemail response without a proper explanation avoid this site is doesn't have any contact methods but email that takes days
