Quality product

It was a good expierence just the time it took to deliver the phone was abit slow because i was promise it will be delivered on friday the 26 of June but only recieved it on the 30th

Best service ever

My phone arrived before the date I was expecting, and it’s exactly what I ordered. I was worried about the condition, but I’m so happy with it. I’ll definitely use their services again and even refer people to them.

Sold a network locked phone

They sold me a Verizon locked phone. Which means my Sim cards are not compatible. This was an urgent buy for me as my phone is broken. How they managed to accept let alone resell a network locked phone is beyond me. I waited patiently for my order, bought a cover and screen protector to the value of R450. Only to insert my sim cards and not be able to use it.

Dubai Import into Thailand

I ordered a phone from the revibe thailand website. The phone was coming from Dubai and thats when the problems started.
It took over 3 weeks to get the phone, not 4 days as per the website. I had to fill in 8 pages of import documents and take the documents to import section at the airport. I waited a week for clearance. Then i had to apply for and pay for an import certificate at Thailand Telecom services. I wanted to return the phone but couldn't unless all the documents were done. So I was stuck and had to finish the process.
Revibe Thailand should have known about documents for import. I expected the phone to originate in Thailand.
I advise to check where the phone is coming from and if not from thailand cancel your order immediately.

I purchased a device from in March 2025…

I purchased a device from in March 2025 , the device never worked, I sent it back it came back with the same issue, according to them there was nothing wrong, a few months later after raising a complaint on hello Peter my device was collected from me again, they were going to replace the device but that came at a price, which I refused to pay cause they amount was absolutely ridiculous, I asked on numerous occasions for a manager to contact me and it has not happened and I've asked for refund but that also hasn't happened, they are basically a bunch of thieves, I've went to the consumer ombudsman and revibe never responded to them.

Unfortunately, you declined to do so.

As the device remained uncollected for an extended period despite repeated opportunities to retrieve it, it was ultimately disposed of in accordance with our policy governing unclaimed devices.

Faulty Devices

Please do not buy phones or any other products from Revibe. I purchased two iPhones from them, and unfortunately both were faulty. I returned the phones, but it has now been a month and I have still not received my refund or my phones back.

I do not recommend this company due to the poor service I have experienced. Every time I contact them, I am told that my payment will be processed within 48 hours, but nothing happens.

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated. I am now stuck without a phone because of this situation.
