Extremely disappointed with the quality of the device and the service thereafter. Have bought 2 IPhones and both devices are faulty in a span of 3 months . After raising a claim for one of them , I was forced to accept that the fault is ours, when nothing happenned from my end and ultimately I had to pay to repair the device. They take 15 plus days to repair only to send back the phone with the same issue. Completely false statement of 12 months warranty.the process to raise a claim is so hard with pathetic customer experience. I would not recommend anybody to buy as the after sales experience is a nightmare!!!!! Repeatedly reached out via phone and email to speak to somebody senior in the organization with zero response, the customer service agent is not empowered to do anything.. only take requests with no solutions handy.

I returned my device and Revibe is supposed to approve my 1,354 AED refund by monday I have a critical personal commitment this weekend and cannot afford standard banking delays. I need senior management to step in, manually change my status to APPROVED right now, and provide the 23-digit ARN tracking number today. . I will update this review to 5 stars the exact second you send me the tracking code.

I had issue with the delay and transparency and wrong expectations but when I received the iPhone 15 Pro Max for my daughter, I was totally blown away!! I have all Apple products (16 Pro max, 14 Plus, 12 Pro max, MacBook Pro, MacBook Air, AirPods and Apple Watch) and pretty much bought them all at iStore. This device connected with with my Apple login, is recognised with no issues and has 100% battery and 0 cycle!!!! Original charging cable too! Like I got mine from istore. My “Find my” and ICloud storage apps automatically added this phone!!! Talking about legitimate and original!!! It also hold dual sim which is super amazing for traveling. I’m blown away!!! Totally made me a believer!! I’m planning to upgrade all devices from Revibe from now on. I just want to check though if their delays are finally sorted and I’m ordering my next Apple device/ upgrade.

If I could put 0 stars I would. I bought a phone from this website, and purchased a high quality one on purpose as it was refurbished. The phone they sent didn't work properly. No one could hear me on a call, the mic was broken. The worst thing was they wouldn't even take the phone back for a refund, and if I wanted it repaired it would take 14 days?? I needed the phone for work and it was causing me so much stress. They willingly give out broken phone and make it difficult to return it on purpose. I have read other reviews online and on other platforms and so many other people have has these issues. They are an untrustworthy company and they are a scam. I wouldn't buy a phone from them again even if it was free. A disgraceful company to even deal with. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. EVEN IF THEIR PRICES LOOK ATTRACTIVE YOU WILL REGRET IT.
Someone rang me about getting me a new phone/refund after this 100% truthful review, and once it was taken down on here no one reached out. Useless company.

After lodging a claim to return my faulty phone, I had to call the customer service centre myself before my query was even attended to. When it was eventually addressed, I was asked to provide video evidence of the defect. I had already emailed the video to Revibe because your website does not allow customers to upload videos—only pictures can be uploaded, forcing customers to send videos separately via email.
A pickup waybill was created for me at around 14:00, but Revibe only emailed me at 21:00 informing me that I had 48 hours to hand over the phone to the courier. This email was sent on a Thursday night, and I only saw it on Friday morning when I checked my emails. In reality, I effectively had only one day—the Friday I received the email—to arrange the handover.
I then had to call the courier company myself to find out when they would collect the phone. Thankfully I did, because they informed me that I needed specific documents for the collection, namely a Waybill Barcode, Commercial Invoice, and Clearance Instruction Form. Revibe had not provided any of these documents or any details relating to the collection process. The only information I received was a tracking link.
I had to call Revibe again and spent over 35 minutes on the phone just trying to get these documents sent to me. Even then, I was not provided with the Clearance Instruction Form, meaning I was unable to hand over the phone to the courier.
Throughout this process, Revibe has made the returns process unnecessarily long and difficult. Important documents needed for collection were withheld, while I was simultaneously expected to comply with the company's so-called "48-hour rule." The delays were caused by Revibe's late communication and failure to provide the required shipping documentation, not by any inaction on my part.
I still have the phone, it still does not work, and the last communication I had with Revibe was my call requesting the missing shipping documents. This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. After spending my hard-earned money on a faulty phone, I have been met with delays, poor communication, and obstacles at every step of the claims process. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Revibe to anyone.
