Highly disappointed with my experience

Highly disappointed with my experience. I bought an iPhone 16 Pro Max in excellent condition, but the screen is clearly a low-quality third-party replacement. The touch digitizer heavily lags and stutters behind my finger when swiping slowly. To make matters worse, True Tone button is visible, but it doesn't actually change the display colors at all.
Revibe's 50-point inspection completely failed here. I have already initiated a return within the 10-day window but they keep canceling my claim now once the 10 day window is finished they would show me their policies.
There is a brand called fonezone i purchased an iphone 15 pro max but it had some issues so they immediately took the phone back and gave me a refund the very next day. Very disappointed by Revibe.

I rate 4 star only for customer service and their quick response.but the product i take from revibe that was very bad.they send me a defective piece.which was not work at all.

Revibe took the payment but did not…

Revibe took the payment but did not provide any order confirmation. Revibe customer service could not locate the order after receiving the payment receipt and from customer again all customer and order related details provided to the system.
Revise got the order number from me finally after i investigated through DHL service. The order today May 26 has not been delivered as announced by Revise through their reply to this review. I will edit this review once i have the final outcome.

Absolutely shocking & worst service…

Absolutely shocking & worst service from the Scammers Revibe.

I bought Samsung Z Fold 5 in black Grey colour excellent condition, phone came in a different colour, when device is switched on shows LGU+ Korean network, phone has Korean writings. Returned phone immediately after delivery but Revibe service was the most unprofessional & unethical, I had to pay my own shipment & when phone landed in Dubai ,they refused to accept claim & i had to use approximately 5k to courier it back, as if this wasn't enough these scammers cost me to pay import duties.

Crap service i will not recommend these scammers to anyone.

Arsany, Habiba worst ever service from the customer department!!!

First of all, Korea is the home country of Samsung. Seeing Korean network information or Korean writing on the device does not make the device fake or invalid as you are implying.

Secondly, regarding the shipment costs you mentioned, no one requested that you ship the device internationally at your own expense. If a claim is raised properly through our official process, an airway bill is generated by our team free of charge for the customer according to our policy.

We kindly ask that you refrain from blaming the company for personal decisions that were not instructed by our team.

Additionally, calling us scammers is a serious defamatory accusation. We are a respectable company with an established reputation, and we do not take false accusations lightly.

They use cheap wooden glue to hold the phone together. One fall and you are screwed they simply ignore your emails and there is no humans to interact with. Buy from them if you have money to throw in the toilet pot and flush away

Great Service…

I was impressed with the communication and updates after placing an order for my device. Delivery via DHL was fast and updates were frequent. Very impressed, my device was delivered in an immaculate condition, almost brand new to be honest, the device has been working perfectly for now and I have been testing it for a few days. Great service so far from Revibe!
