The hole experience was fine first phone flawless the second one the note 20 battery was done only lasted a few hours on a full charge so had it replaced at Samsung

I purchased an iPhone 14 Pro from Revibe in “Excellent” condition in December. After some time, I discovered that the bottom microphone intermittently failed during incoming cellular and WhatsApp calls, despite outgoing calls and voice notes working normally.
I submitted the device for warranty repair twice, with the phone being shipped internationally to Dubai on both occasions. After the first repair, the exact same fault remained. Following the second attempt, I requested consideration for store credit so that I could upgrade through Revibe, but this was declined.
A replacement device was then sent to me with 94% battery health, despite Revibe’s own “Excellent” grading stating battery health should be 95% or higher. After raising this issue, another replacement was sent — however, instead of receiving an iPhone 14 Pro, I was sent a 128GB iPhone 12.
More concerning was that the device had not been factory reset and still contained hundreds of personal photographs belonging to the previous owner, including highly private content. This represents a serious failure in quality control and customer data handling.
Throughout the process, the support representative I dealt with was professional and helpful, but the overall warranty experience involved repeated failed repairs, multiple international shipments, incorrect replacements, and significant inconvenience.
While my original purchasing experience and the cosmetic condition of the first device were positive, the after-sales and warranty process was extremely disappointing. A Full email was sent yesterday morning, but to date there has been no response.

The iPhone was ordered for my business, a guest house, so having a reliable device is essential.
I specifically ordered an “Excellent” condition iPhone, and it was supposed to be Silver. When it arrived, it was Black — which honestly should have been the first red flag.
Despite that, I decided to keep and use the device. I transferred all my information over, wiped my old iPhone, and gave the old device away.
A few days later, I discovered the battery only holds charge for about half a day.
Now Revibe wants me to send the phone back for evaluation, which could take up to 13 days — even though I paid for insurance and additional cover.
How am I supposed to wipe all my business information from the device and be without an iPhone for nearly two weeks? This is my primary business phone.
How they should handle my claim. Send me what I ordered, "an excellent device, and silver". Then I can transfer all my information and the courier can collect the dud device.
Too scared to send my device back to Revibe. Just look at the reviews — people are still waiting for their devices and getting no response.

Very disappointing experience with Ravine customer service and claim handling process.
I submitted my iPad claim on 28 April, and as per their own policy, the process should have been completed within 13–15 days. Until today, I have still not received the device.
I have called more than 10 times, and every time the response is the same: “we are working on it,” with no proper update or clear resolution.
On 21 May, the tracking status showed “shipped for delivery,” but nothing was delivered. When I contacted them, they provided a tracking number that later showed the shipment was cancelled. After calling again, I was informed that the item was still sitting in the warehouse.
I even offered to collect the iPad personally, but they refused and said the matter had been escalated to management for urgent delivery. Later the same day, I called again and received the same vague response.
Overall, the communication, coordination, and customer support have been highly unprofessional. Extremely frustrating experience.

Highly disappointed with my experience. I bought an iPhone 16 Pro Max in excellent condition, but the screen is clearly a low-quality third-party replacement. The touch digitizer heavily lags and stutters behind my finger when swiping slowly. To make matters worse, True Tone button is visible, but it doesn't actually change the display colors at all.
Revibe's 50-point inspection completely failed here. I have already initiated a return within the 10-day window but they keep canceling my claim now once the 10 day window is finished they would show me their policies.
There is a brand called fonezone i purchased an iphone 15 pro max but it had some issues so they immediately took the phone back and gave me a refund the very next day. Very disappointed by Revibe.

Revibe took the payment but did not provide any order confirmation. Revibe customer service could not locate the order after receiving the payment receipt and from customer again all customer and order related details provided to the system.
Revise got the order number from me finally after i investigated through DHL service. The order today May 26 has not been delivered as announced by Revise through their reply to this review. I will edit this review once i have the final outcome.
