Our old computer emitted a Phfffft, a POP and the smell of burning solder! It never powered up again, but the daily demands of “computing” continued unabated. Two lots of close friends told us of a particularly friendly, trustworthy and very knowledgeable guy who would be certain to fix our problems!

Nowdays we have access to Jeff by emails, which he answers promptly. Also, he is happy to make in-person onsite visits when necessary.
As well as the above-listed clear technical competence, equally important is that he is a really nice bloke. We regard him as absolutely trustworthy and we welcome him into our home as a friend with whom we enjoy a “working coffee”. His explanations for us are very simple and easy to understand, but we have heard him speak a different language with techos!
His prices were delightfully reasonable.
