we had a complex situation and had spoken to 2 other companies, and tried rest assured who was realy great helpfully nothing was a problem and there some clever people there who realy know there stuff such a pleasure to deal with and amazing service cant thank them enough

I was recommended this company on the promise of a professional, quick and efficient service. They delivered on all aspects. I am very happy and have already recommended them to a family member.

I initially wrote a rather scathing and damning report about this company; my first dealings with them were woefully inadequate. HOWEVER.... in complete fairness, I was called by the boss with an unequivocal apology and offer of making things right. Since then I could not have asked for more. They have been on the ball, generous and helpful. The very fact they were prepared to admit that they went wrong, and bent over backwards to fix it speaks volumes. Fair play.

It was a longer process than expected but this was during the pandemic with many people updating their wills so this is most likely the reason. I was happy with the end result, is clear and professionally written.

It was so easy to do over the phone. John was extremely professional and knowledgeable and gave me good advise. I would highly recommend Rest Assured Wills

Very disappointed initially, it was obvious from the first contact that the person taking details wasn’t listening It seemed all that mattered to him was the payment
When the draft was e mailed to me it had the wrong name for the recipients of my estate, I wanted to leave a donation for a charity which wasn’t in the draft
I also wanted to make a provision for my cat( I know it seems trivial but she came from a rescue centre and I didn’t want her to go through that again so I had made an arrangement for a friend to either keep her or rehome her) that wasn’t there either
I phoned in and eventually spoke to a woman and we started again from scratch
Another draft was sent which appears correct
I phoned to say yes it is correct and please finalise it for me, I was assured the message would be passed to “the team“
3 days later I had a call asking me if everything was in order and did I want to continue!
I’m waiting for the completed document to arrive in the post
I know that we are in extraordinary circumstances, but it doesn’t give much confidence on such an important matter such as a will And I’m hoping that the final will is legal and binding and that something hasn’t been left out or misspelt
Sorry to give a bad review but without criticism things that are wrong won’t be remedied
