What a great service. David was the first person I spoke to. I used the discount code online and then he gave me a further discount because my husband is NHS. Then I spoke to Ken who wanted to clarify a couple of points and then my Will arrived a few days later. Easy as that. Definitely recommend Rest Assured.

Ray was very efficient and didn’t try and over sell, or try to push any extras, but excepted what I wanted in a simple will, which suited me because pushy salespeople turn me off completely.

Sam dealt with our Wills and from start to finish she was friendly,helpful and explained every thing to us. It was made clear and easy for us to understand and not once did we feel rushed. Once the drafts were approved we received completed Wills within about 3 days for us to sign.

Kept it simple and reassured us that he was genuine.

Friendly, calm polite service

Paid for a will at the end of March 2020 and was told it would be done within days.
Two weeks later it was completed as requested.
Could have been a bit quicker but maybe down to the current Covid crisis.

David followed up my information request in under an hour and was very helpful and professional. Have received my draught Will a couple of days later and very impressed with the service,
