Rich from Response Plumbing was so incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable. He managed to carry out some emergency pipe work which was in an awkward access section of my kitchen.

Richard came out to fix a badly leaking radiator at very short notice and juggled other plans around us.
A great job done by a really friendly and helpful guy who we’ll definitely get back to install a new radiator very soon.

Richard from Response Plumbing came to fix a problem my mum had. My mum is elderly and suffered a brain aneurysm a few years back, and so has memory problems. Not only was Richard spot on with the analysis of the problem, but also kept me in the loop the entire time. He came out promptly and wa s very kind to my mum. A fantastic service

Quoted four days,but got an earlier so next day, pretty good for a non urgent repair. Turned out more difficult than expected but still completed in an hour,Richard was polite and professional

Response completed a job last year, a new bathroom, and as that was carried out to my satisfaction I decided to use them this month to replace the en suite.
Richard planned the work following purchase of the suite, including tiles and flooring.
I also requested a new window and some brickwork.
Everything was done to times agreed. All the trades involved turned up as expected and on time. All were tidy following work carried out.
The work was completed and I am really happy with the result. No complaints.
I would certainly recommend them.

Richard was able to respond and attend to the plumbing problem in the house in very quick time. Problem explained and solved ( although took a while for air lock to go completely). Always very pleasant and friendly.
