We have had our bathroom transformed by Response Plumbing. We decided to replace our bath with a walk-in shower. The end result is amazing. Richard explained how the work would be done and he wasn't happy until we were satisfied. The tiling is beautiful and the decorating done to perfection. Thank you so much everyone involved and for Richard with his keen eye for detail. We would thoroughly recommend Response Plumbing.

Richard and his team from Response Plumbing completely transformed our new bathroom giving knowledgeable advice and always with a quick turnaround to fix solutions. His attention to detail and professionalism is outstanding always with a 'can do' attitude and no job is too small making sure the job will be finished to a high standard. The finished result is excellent and we are thrilled with the new bathroom and would not hesitate to recommend him and use him in the future.

Issue with shower that took Richard a lot of head scratching due to an unusual problem. He persevered and sorted it. He remained cheerful and professional throughout. Would highly recommend. He’s in the phone for any other plumbing problems we may have going forward.

Very nice plumber and very quick response to a toilet flushing problem. Not sure, at this moment, that the issue has been 100% resolved due to water remains discoloured after an overnight stand.

Richard quickly sorted out a faulty water cut out valve in our toilet. We have used Richard to sort out our plumbing problems on several occasions and he has always been prompt, professional and friendly. We would not hesitate to recommend him and use him in the future.
