Faulty item, tried to convince me it was just loose threads now waited over a week for refund to be told more lies and have screen shot the conversations vile service vile ignorrant adviser avoid at all costs with crap service and product
They sent me a white hoodie that was full of stains . When I returned the item they said they never received and refused to refund and blocked me on Facebook even though I have signed proof. Which they signed as a squiggle . Avoid company! Total scammers
Beware! This company will not pay you your refund when you return items to them (which you have to pay for yourself) and they will ignore all your emails. Basically fraudulent practice.
