I dont wanna shop here my first time ordering from here, soon as dispatched for day after nothing shown up. Turns out the DPD distroyed my order... comunication is good offered to drop off by Stsff members just after 5pm its currently 7pm and heard nothing from them. I asked for a Refund and got refused... i paid just under 100£ on basically nothing and ill have to get in contacted with me back to get my full refund sent back to my account

Excellent, service and delivery, I have been using reptiles by post for a good while now, there has been a couple of dead instects every now and again but overall they are healthy when they arrive

We've ordered live insects from reptiles by post quite a few times now for our bearded dragon and we've always received them in good time and always received exactly what we ordered.
We would happily recommend and will carry on ordering from them in the future.

Excellent product, but this Company stands out because of their brilliant communication! A slight delay (just one day) in their delivery schedule - emailed an apology in advance, ensured the delay was resolved and sent a code for free delivery on the next order as an apology. Brilliant!

Set up a recuring delivery to feed my reptiles, has been a few months now and always comes on time, bugs are in good condition and to size. Will take their word on the numbers as haven't counted :-).

Speedy turnaround DPD messed up and delivered a day late but that’s not your fault, grubs are bigger than I thought they would be but it’s fine my T took one straight away, will be ordering from you guys again

It was my first time using this service it said next day delivery if I ordered before 1 PM I ordered before 1 PM but it didn’t happen. It came a day and a half later when it came I got a sack with dried crumpled paper and dead meal worm only a few were moving. I discarded it as I would not be feeding this to my animals. I informed the company to let them know that I really wasn’t happy with the service or the product that I received and they’ve asked me to send photographs. I’m not scribbling over a few pounds but I was really disappointed with one the customer service and to the product that I received I will not be using them again and I do not recommend them. I’m very disappointing and what a waste of time.
