It was my first time using this service it said next day delivery if I ordered before 1 PM I ordered before 1 PM but it didn’t happen. It came a day and a half later when it came I got a sack with dried crumpled paper and dead meal worm only a few were moving. I discarded it as I would not be feeding this to my animals. I informed the company to let them know that I really wasn’t happy with the service or the product that I received and they’ve asked me to send photographs. I’m not scribbling over a few pounds but I was really disappointed with one the customer service and to the product that I received I will not be using them again and I do not recommend them. I’m very disappointing and what a waste of time.

We have a very clear dispatch and delivery schedule, orders placed before 1pm are shipped the next day for delievry the day after. Your order was in line with the expected delivery schedule was therefore delivered on time. DPD tracking number 15976508603580
We of course were sorry to hear the mealworms didnt arrive fresh, even though they were delivered within 24 hours of being packed, we would have been happy to replace these but you refused to supply us with any photos to be able to verify and rectify the issue.

A quality service. I have ordered live insects from Reptiles by Post before and the products have always been good quality and reasonably priced. Delivery is prompt and the insects are packaged in sensible containers which don't come apart in the post. What's not to like?
