Rentokil Kenya's bedbug process is ineffective! I had bedbug bites the first night back in my bedroom after 2 weeks away. The chemicals used have a sickly sweet smell too!

Appalling service
Appalling service - we are a small parish church and have not been able to get anywhere with our complaint to this company.
At the time of taking out our contract for sanitiser during the pandemic we specifically queried the amount we would be required to take given we have very limited storage space and were reassured they would deliver initially enough to start with and when we needed more we could just order more.
We still have plenty left but have received and been charged for a delivery we did not ask for. The customer service department are however adamant, it cannot go back as it has been delivered and signed for, albeit the purported signature just says my first name, is not mine and more importantly could not have been as I was not present at the time. The only concession was to update our record to ensure no future deliveries take place unless requested.
This does not address the issue, we are just a small parish church and are feeling completely let down... if I could award no stars I most certainly would.

Great Customer Care from Harrogate area branch…
Contacted the Harrogate area branch today. Very speedy acknowledgement, followed up by a very timely and helpful phone call from Barbara. Talked me through our issue with a rat sighting, showing great interest in the matter from start to finish, and ended by suggesting it was probably only neccessary, at this stage, to monitor the situation (i.e. there was no hard sell!). If we do need any further help, because of the knowledge and customer care shown by Barbara, we know where we will go!

Actual pest controller was excellent, but contact from office regarding extra work very poor. Not told by office that delay with clearing loft because of heat, still waiting. Only found out from controller. Also still waiting to hear when you're coming to fit drain seal despite having taken my money over a week ago.

I have used Rentokil in Longview texas for 2 years now and the technician Jason Harris is amazing. it is within 30minutes when calling him he is here. He is honest and goes into full detail of what he has done to prevent any pest issues. I am very happy with his service.

Absolute bunch of con men/women
Absolute bunch of con men/women. Take your money by direct debit, turn up, never to be seen again. Waiting for a refund for over 6 months. Left their expensive equipment (apparently) here. Doesn’t do anything- it’s just a few boxes. Waste of money and time and still got the problem only worse now. My advice is use a local family run/small business as these guys don’t care bodiddley about their customers and have zero customer service.

Great customer service delivered by Sharon, the Rentokil Technician. Very friendly, punctual, very informative, and she was very flexible around my schedule. The operatives are great
The operatives are great, helpful and courteous.
However I can't give more than 3 stars due to the cost (we are a tiny pub, with no issues..visits take 10 mins) and also the irregular periods between visits.

Did not sort the problem. Silverfish/firebrats
First of all I must say I can’t fault the technicians at all. I dealt with three and all were absolute gents and a credit to the firm. Unfortunately there was a bereavement mid way through the cycle of four treatments for the silverfish and firebrates which meant a delay with finishing off the treatment. I wholeheartedly understand this. But six weeks after the treatment has finished (which was circa £500 I still have the same issue with silverfish and firebarts as when I started. I haven’t had a single call or email from Rentokil to ask if the treatment was successful (which it wasn’t). So unfortunately Rentokil the 1star is for the call centre customer service and lack of getting done what I paid to get done. I should have my money back really.
I would 5star the technicians if that was an option.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service . I rang to enquire about removal of a wasp nest and possible cost. Rude and unhelpful staff. She hung up!
Rang my council instead and got a much more pleasant and helpful response.
