Don't bother wasting time/money feels like a scam
Absolutely waste of time and money. Not suitable for low income persons, all rooms to rent expect you to pay 5x the rent in advanced. If that were possible then wouldn't be hunting on a rubbisly created website.
Doesn't give you a choice to pick more than one location, doesn't keep or save the filters picked.
Overall, waste of time, effort and money. Don't pay for it you'll be kicking yourself.
Feel like the other reviews or testimonies are fake!

I just have signed up with Rent hero…
I just have signed up with Rent hero UK, they have sent me an add for a one-bed flat in London, but it is not saying if pets are allowed, and only shows a photo of the toilet, before I will pay £7 for 7 days, I need to know is the kitchen separate from the living room, and if pets are allowed, as I am not paying to contact a landlord, if I do not have enough info regarding the property.

I have just signed up for a seven day…
I have just signed up for a seven day free trial and though it says I have full access to contact the property owner, every time I try it takes me back to the page it did in the beginning to start a free trial entering my bank details all over again saying I need to do this in order to contact the property owner. I immediately tried to cancel and it will not let me as it says I do not have a subscription but that it will renew on the 2nd April (seven days time) what an absolute joke of a site!
I will be making phone calls to my banking legal team in the morning!

I used the free trial and then cancelled after 1 day but I was still charged. I had a few emails to say I must make payment or legal action will be made. BUT customer service worked well to resolve my issue so Customer service was good.

Fraudulently listing my property for rent
The agent currently advertising my property for rent has just found it fraudulently listed on RentHero, at a lower price, using their professional images. This is no doubt to lull some poor individuals into paying a 'holding fee' or fake deposit that they will most certainly never see again. Clearly, RentHero have little in the way of roust checks to ensure ownership, enabling scammers to advertise. There are no contact details and a very poor website that makes this difficult to report. Avoid.

Felling scammed
Can you tell me why you are listing properties, that you have not had instruction for? And then listing them at a lower price?
I can only presume this is a ploy to get people to register and so you have their private contact information.
Upadate... saying i'm "not happy with your service" implies I asked you to do something. I have not. You are copying advertising details for properties you do not have instruction for.

A disgrace
A disgrace. Signed up for the trial and didn't want to continue because the several places I looked at where posted over a year ago so no use to me whatsoever.
Then once my trial ended they send me an email threatening to transfer my account to a debt collection agency! Because I have not paid for a subscription that I do not want.
How about have some sense and if you can't take money the subscription ends. It's not hard to do!

SCAM
SCAM. I cancelled on the 15th September and they tried to remove money today. I managed to block them but do not give them your bank details.
I received nothing from them too Absolute waste of time.
The situation has got worse. I am emailed twice a day and I have told them the date I sent the email and that I have the evidence of the cancellation. This is definitely a scam. Don't touch them.

Every single property I viewed took me to the same estate agent’s page and the properties were no longer on the market (one property I clicked on was over a year old). Did not help my search at all.
