A pleasant experience with Claim
I had booked a car for 8 days from Avia (Croatia) and took an insurance from RentalCovers.
I had no incidents during the trip however, upon return of the car the Avia guys spotted some tiny scratch on the rim of a tyre and charged me for 325 euros. I submitted the claim with RentalCovers - which was fairly easy process by uploading key documents that I had received. And my claim got approved under 24hrs and then the payment got processed in next 24hrs. I think this is the 1st time I've had a pleasant experience with any insurance provider. Kudos to the team!

I'm very sceptical about rental companies and their insurance cover. Had a cosmetic scuff on a rental in UK. I lodged my claim on a Sunday afternoon. Got confirmation of approval a couple of hours later. The full refund was in my bank that night. RentalCover was great! Highly recommend.
