When I answered the medical questions at the beginning, I was told that I was eligible. After I had my video appointment, I was told that I was innelligible because I was a diabetic. I feel that if the screaming Dr was more accurate then I wouldn't have started the medication just to later be told " hey you can't continue treatment".

Never written a negative review in my life but this has been so frustrating. Horrible customer service. I spoke with a nurse who didn’t even have access to my history with them. They also increase the cost astronomically and don’t respect the advertised costs. I’ve cancelled and going with another company.

Everything great except one thing. When I submitted my refill request, I got confirmation that I had successful completed that and there would be follow up. But no follow up advising me to take action with an appt ever came to me. I just guessed because several days went by with no additional email.

The ease of arranging your Doctor appointments cannot be beat. The company is very responsive and prescriptions arrived quickly and safely.

The refill and delivery process is always smooth and on time. I am very happy with this company and their excellent service.

I have been taking GLP 1 for 2 years almost and this company has spent the most time with me , teaching me what I should do to be successful. I haven't got the medicine yet, hopefully it's as good as the customer service.

I had my phone consultation and the woman I was speaking to asked me if I had thyroid cancer in my family. I told her that my father and my sister had cancer in the throat, but I wasn’t sure exactly if it was thyroid or not, and she proceeded to tell me oh well they’re two different things so is it thyroid or not? I told her I’m not sure and she said well I’ll just put that you said no. She proceeded to finish our phone conversation and explained it would be delivered within two days. I hung up the phone immediately called my dad to ask him what kind of cancer and he confirmed it was thyroid MEN2. I immediately call back. There was no answer so I text her that I wanted to cancel my order since I am unable to take the medication due to there being a family history of cancer. I got no answer so I emailed and they gave me the complete runaround telling me that it was already sent to the pharmacy and they’re waiting for the pharmacy to respond which of course it never did so it was sent to me. I told the lady I would return it and I just wanted a refund. days went by as they kept giving me the runaround, sending me to billing now telling me that it’s up to billing. ultimately they denied it because it was already sent to me. This company does not have the customer in their best interest.

Easy communication and delivery is timely

I was offered a $100 off to activate my membership but then was charged full price. I called and emailed immediately but they would not credit the $100 or allow me to cancel the prescription. I wouldn't deal with this company.

Fast reliable assistance with medication. Medical personnel readily available for consult. Easy refill process.

Remedy has helped me achieve my weight loss goal within 4 months. It is a lil pricey but worth it when you can talk to a clinician anytime. They are great about answering your questions and very helpful.
