This is a great service. They listen, respond quickly, and address all needs, They are quick to refill prescriptions, and the shipping is fast from the compounding pharmacy. When you schedule your appointments, they say they're video appointments but make sure you answer your phone: all appointments I've had have been by phone not video.

I was recommended to Remedy Meds by a coworker. There was no hassle getting signed up, getting an interview with a doctor, and my medicine arriving quickly and on-time. When calling, had to call about four times over last six months, there was no holding time, they are right on it, answering your questions, with great customer service. I am amazed at such excellent service.

I am profoundly disappointed with the way this company handled my medical care. After successfully using a prescribed GLP-1 medication under their program since January 2025 and complying with every aspect of my treatment, I was abruptly informed that my prescription would be discontinued solely because I had reached the age of 75. There was absolutely no advance notice, no discussion with a healthcare provider, no transition plan, and no assistance in ensuring continuity of care.

Healthcare should be guided by a patient's individual medical condition—not by an arbitrary age threshold applied without warning. To terminate an established treatment in this manner demonstrates a troubling lack of patient-centered care and a disregard for the fundamental principles of communication, continuity, and responsible medical oversight. Patients who rely on prescribed medications deserve timely notification, an explanation of policy changes, and an appropriate transition to another provider if services are being discontinued.

While every healthcare organization has the right to establish its own policies, implementing those policies without reasonable notice or an appropriate continuity-of-care process is, in my opinion, inconsistent with the standard of professionalism patients have every right to expect. The unnecessary anxiety, uncertainty, and disruption this caused were entirely avoidable.

I sincerely hope the company reevaluates both its age-based eligibility policy and, more importantly, the manner in which it treats patients who have placed their trust in its care. No patient should discover without warning that their ongoing treatment has been terminated simply because they reached a particular birthday.

Always nice to me. Answers all my questions. Available within 20 minutes of me setting up appointment. Very good at letting you know where they are at in the process of handling your request for refills answering questions by email or call. They have been extremely helpful!

I have been with Remedy Meds for close to a year. My experience has been a positive one. My refill reminders are timely, and the providers get them processed quickly. The customer service team has also been great to work with. The addition of the monthly webinars has also been a plus. The topics have been ones that I struggle with since I have been on this journey. Thank you everyone!
