***Update. I've canceled my membership. Just too much trouble dealing with incompetent customer service folks who waste my time and feed me inaccurate, false information****
I am resubmitting a review that details only my personal experience. Remedy Meds flagged my previous opinions and inferences as "defamatory." While my review fell well short of "defamatory" or "libelous" on numerous fronts, I nevertheless seek to honor Trust Pilot's policies and avoid any drama. Thus, I am re-submitting a review focusing on my own experience.
An unknown person or entity (purporting to be associated with Remedy Meds) also requested my private contact information through Trust Pilot for "verification." Of course, my post together with my private contact information would effectively be revealing HIPAA-protected information. So, I respectfully ask that, if this unknown person really wants to verify that I am a patient and attempt to remedy this, they should provide their information to Trust Pilot so that I may contact them and ascertain whether they are bound by HIPAA before discussing my history.
Remedy Meds has fumbled with me at least. The first fumble came when I signed up. I completed my physician consultation. Then, I began getting notices to "complete my physician consultation." Remedy Meds failed to log my physician consultation, so I had to redo that. To their credit, they gave me a $50 refund for this waste of time.
More problematic is that Remedy Meds' (RM) "policies and procedures," according to its customer service representatives, permit them to deliver medicine late even if you provide your medical update and reorder your prescription immediately upon receiving your notice. That is even if the text says "Time to reorder. Approve now and we'll keep your delivery on schedule." That is even if you reorder that moment. That is even if the website message indicates you can push up your delivery date (and push up your $400 payment as well) or you can opt to stay on schedule. That is even if you reorder nine days (not counting the first day) before your 28-day supply is exhausted.
If I understood completely, the customer support folks explained that (1) "business days" are the only days that count toward the timeline and (2) Fridays are not included in "business days." Customer service suggested there was a three-day delay submitting my prescription to the pharmacy. Thus, by my calculation, I might not even get a tracking number until 14 days after my order--a 12 days after I took my last dose on the 28-day timeline.
I am currently on day 10 following my reorder. I received a message 7 days ago that said "Please expect your medication to be delivered to your door within 3-5 business days." But I believe the RM customer service manager I spoke with said that the pharmacy actually gets up to 7 RM "business days" to deliver. I am currently at business day 5 (as the rest of the country counts business days) and day 4 as RM seems to count them. Still no tracking number.
I remain in RM limbo as of today. Tomorrow is Friday. The Pharmacy doesn't ship. So, if I don't get a tracking number today, I am looking at receiving my meds mid-week next week, 14 days after my last dose.
I look forward to talking to someone at RM if they want to clarify or respond. Just like my last post, I have no intention to represent things incorrectly. But I relied on the TrustPilot rating to use RM in the first place. So, I think it is fair for potential members to have access to the good experiences as well as the bad. Thank you.

The process was great. I even got to have a telescope appointment. I feel very safe with this company. The pricing is so much better that the one that has an ad every time you scroll, even just for a minute. 🎾 Their members are paying dearly. I was going to go that route but when I did the math it was nearly $7,000/yr. Here I feel like I’m getting excellent support and they are setting their members up for success, at a fair price. I’m so happy I shopped around for the best company.

OK. I will start this off saying it was my fault not reading the fine print precisely. However, I was so excited to get started on my weight loss journey that it was not on my radar at that moment.
One bad side effect was hair loss. The second, and maybe the most important effect, is that when you stop, the weight will come back unless you change your habits.
That aside, I did not realize, when I didn’t call the refill in, that they were still charging me $299 a month.
Again, my fault for not reading the fine print in a timely manner, but, from a business standpoint if you are a customer focused, company, there would be some sort of intervention before several months passed. They have all of my contact information.
I sincerely hope this works for you long-term, just be aware of the particulars, and cancel/adjust your subscription accordingly. They were able to refund me my final month payment, which was a nice gesture.

Remedy meds is a terrible scam. Did not cancel when directed to and continued to bill my card for several months. When discovered they would not refund and went silent. Could not get anyone in person to talk with only email. They do not respond. No medication received and billed for 4 months. BEWARE

When I answered the medical questions at the beginning, I was told that I was eligible. After I had my video appointment, I was told that I was innelligible because I was a diabetic. I feel that if the screaming Dr was more accurate then I wouldn't have started the medication just to later be told " hey you can't continue treatment".
