I stayed in the almhills apartments in Cincinnati Ohio owned by Related property Management and these people is a joke and they rob there tenants they will steal your rent money and then screw up your lease in hope you will never out about what they are doing.and if you do find out they blame they tenant for there mess up and then evict the tenant please whoever is reading this review stay far away from this company they are robbing the tenants

TL;DR is the only thing luxurious about this luxury rental is their pricing. It falls far short of its promises, with a host of unresolved issues and indifferent management.

Despite understanding that older apartments may require more maintenance, I am disappointed that the problems I reported upon moving in have yet to be addressed, even after four months. My patience with the staff has been met with apathy. The air gaps in windows and floors have made it impossible to get a good night's sleep, exposing me to cold winds and noise without any signs of improvement. It has become evident that the root of the problem lies not in the building's age but rather in the management's incompetence.

During the apartment tour, everything appeared flawless at first glance, but the reality is quite different. The numerous air gaps are just one issue among several. The malfunctioning toilet, combined with misleading information about the premium BOSCH appliances, has been a major source of frustration. Additionally, simple requests, like replacing a broken closet light, took an inexplicable four months and resulted in a cheap, ineffective fixture being installed which is too dim to illuminate a small closet.

Whenever the maintenance staff does show up, their efforts are often superficial. When asked what they did to solve the problem, they don’t have an answer and simply shrug. This lack of accountability only adds to the overall dissatisfaction.

Regrettably, this luxury rental has provided a subpar experience. Conversations with other tenants have revealed that I am not alone in my dissatisfaction, as several residents have been forced to move out due to unresolved issues.

If you're seeking a luxury rental in SF, it would be wise to explore other options that prioritize tenant satisfaction and property maintenance.

Really, if you love having rights as a tenant, do NOT move into any of their properties.

One, they don't care about their tenants, particularly, their low-income tenants. They can do illegal things to their tenants and get away with it. Oh, and that's on top of that they'll knowingly give you faulty appliances and charge you when those appliances break down.

Two, in the complex I reside in, they've allowed trash to pile up in and around the dumpsters for three weeks. In that same vein, there's trash all over the complex.

Three, the manager's office doesn't answer maintenance requests and, when they do, the hardly do anything. And that's not getting into the pest control situation. The health department HAD to be called.

In short, avoid these apartment managers and this company.

Within the OBB condo building itself, residents are offered many private services: 24 hour concierge & maintenance services, an outdoor deck, on floor six, with BBQ grills; an indoor gym by Equinox; a public lounge for meetings and guests; a children's room and quarterly social events.
