Been riding a £350 road bike and have bought the Spectre. Like night and day between the bikes no comparison. Ultegra mechanical gears, braking & grip, on a different level. Bike so stable on road, can go over bumps, potholes & mud with alot of confidence that the bike is not going to get away from you. The bike feels solid on the road.
The quality of the bike is fantastic and its the adage you pay for what you get. When you can compare and have riden a poor bike and get a chance to ride a well designed and built bike you appreciate the quality. Also the safety aspect, with a well made bike less chance of falling or being injured on a poor surfaced road. I have riden on Spanish roads and whilst UK roads do not compare, with the Spectre the road becomes alot flatter to ride on. If you can afford it, view the bike as an investment in enjoyment and your safety.

I’ve been searching for a titanium road bike globally online since October 2022. I wanted one that looks well crafted but doesn’t cost an arm and a leg. I saw a picture of a T325 Reilly bike built for a Bespoke UK event and it checked all the boxes for me. I next read about the company and realized that it’s founder, Mark Reilly, is highly respected in the bespoke bicycle community. So in January, I reached out to Phil, the Sales lead, to have an understanding of the ordering process. We were back and forth at least a dozen times and Phil was very gracious and patient all throughout. The total shipping cost (including customs duties, brokerage fees, etc.) was understandably a little bit on the high side but all in all I paid the same or a little more than a bike of similar specs here in the US. However, the satisfaction of owning a bike that looks different and looks better than most titanium bikes that I see around my area is incomparable. As for the ride, it is curiously stiff for a titanium frame but smooth as expected. I’m thoroughly satisfied with the quality of the build and service.
