Gradient experience
Staff were patient,listened to my specific needs and kept me updated during the ordering/build process .I have received a wonderful machine with a ride and build quality I have never experienced in over 50 years of cycling .Comfort and ease of use were my priorities,this bike has exceeded my expectations and I'm looking forward to many more years of cycling knowing I will never have to buy another bike ,highly recommended.

Comprehensive website with easy to select options. I was then able to approach a local stockist the BIA Hub in Twyford where I discussed options with them. The bike was delivered and inspected within 2 weeks, and it is great.

Reilly never cease to impress
Reilly never cease to impress with the work they do and the support the customers get through the life of the bike.
My 600SLD had a little bit of surface finish trouble but Neil and co leapt into action and have rebuilt her! The bike is 7 but looks like it just came out of Neil's carbon wonderland. Top work guys. As always.
