What has Happened?
When I moved here 4 years ago, birds sang, wildlife everywhere and open green spaces. I moved with 2 dogs on the assurance that the open green space would remain as you enter the park and there would always be a dog walking area! In come Regency Living, whilst I knew it was a development site, they have bulldozed every green space, taken away our natural cornish stone wall and hedging which was teaming with wildlife and removed any area to walk your dogs! Now I live on a building site with no end in sight! My countryside retreat has turned into a housing estate!

We understand how important these natural areas and the local wildlife are to our residents, and we appreciate how disruptive ongoing works can be. Regency Living took ownership of the park two years ago, and while we cannot be held accountable for any assurances or commitments made prior to that time, we are focused on improving the park and creating high-quality spaces for our residents to enjoy in the long term.
Regency Living is continuing to invest in the site’s future, including plans for enhanced landscaping and communal areas once development is complete. In addition, an Owners’ Lounge will be installed on the park in the near future, providing a new focal point for residents to relax and enjoy together.
Happy with park management and ground…
Happy with park management and ground maintenance man. Park manager gets things done. Not happy with communication from other regency staff and customer services . Dave from another site was also effective and followed through when park manager was absent.

Lisa Scales showed us around the various Executive Lodges. She was first really professional and friendly and easy to get along with. But most importantly she demonstrated excellent knowledge of the properties and was really helpful.

Purchasing a new home
We have been liaising with Lisa Scales at Regency Living, Reculver Court for the past few weeks, regarding a park bungalow we are purchasing. Lisa has provided us with excellent customer service throughout. After asking numerous questions and sending many emails Lisa Scales has been so quick to respond to them all. Lisa is incredibly patient, helpful and has been an absolute pleasure to work with throughout. She has gone above and beyond to make sure we are happy and the whole process has been made so much easier with her great communication and commitment. Thank you Lisa, you are the best. The advisor was extremely helpful, very informative and no question was left unanswered. She was very straightforward and explained the cost differences between the show houses and some of the basic models which is very necessary when you have to consider your finances .
I found her honesty and directness was a breath of fresh air in this day and age and wouldn’t hesitate to use her services when the time is right

My home purchase with Regency
Whilst purchasing my home I was Supported all the way through by Belinda, couldn’t ask for a better sales assistant. Any questions I had were always answered or she would make the necessary investigations to find out the information needed. On the day of arrival at my new home, Belinda was there waiting for me to take me into my new and assist with any issues couldn’t ask for more. Excellent service

Forest edge court
Came and met Julian at Forest edge court to have a look at the bungalows, really liked one in particular and two months later we have moved in . Such an easy process from start to finish , no fees to pay as well . Julian was very good and kept us updated with the progress . Spring purchased our house and we got the estate agents valuation price . Really pleased with the whole process . Karen and Eric are the site managers and are very friendly and helpful . Overall five stars

Solent Grange is in a great location…
Solent Grange is in a great location and we found David, the Sales Adviser extremely helpful. We were left to explore the home and park without any pressure and David also arranged for us to meet with a new resident who had experienced a similar journey to our own and who was happy to share the experience, which was positive. Aston at Spring, the part exchange company was also very helpful but in reality to achieve 100% part exchange is unlikely so not suitable for everyone. Unfortunately at this time we are not able to proceed; however, it’s a great site in a superb location so we will be keeping in touch. Thanks to all 🙏

The staff at Tall Trees Park are amazing. The Site Supervisor, Szimi Nagy is a diamond. She always goes the extra mile, and this past weekend organised a summer barbecue for all residents and staff which was an incredible success and a major contribution to building this special community. We salute you. The ground staff contribute greatly, sometimes under difficult circumstances, in maintaining the park and keeping our pool spotless during the season, even spending their weekends on site to do so.

What can we say. From our first telephone call until completion on 18th July 2025. He has been Professional ,polite ,business like and friendly all at the same time. He secured the plot we wanted. Sale of 2 Redhill Park
I have recently had to sell my late mum's home on Redhill Court, Watton and this difficult time was made so much easier with the help and assistance of Nicola on site. She dealt with the viewings of the home and probably much more behind the scenes. Nothing has been too much trouble and I can say sincerely that she has been a pleasure to deal with. Nicola is a credit to Regency Living and I hope they look after her as she clearly has a lot to offer.
