Having had my property on the market for around 9 months with one of the larger well known local agents we had limited interest and a generally frustrating experience. We decided to try Movenow Properties and I can only say this was the best decision I could have made. From day 1 until subsequent completion of my sale within 6 months of instruction the whole process was handled in a first class professional manner by Jack Reynolds and other members of the team who were able to step in effectively on the few occasions when Jack wasn't directly available. Jack's hands on approach to all matters, including engagement in the conveyancing process exceeded all expectations.

Absolutely top level service from Jack at Move Now. We weren't using Move Now ourselves but the people we were buying from were. Jack the representative we were dealing with was utterly proffesional, extremely helpful, and very on the ball from day one of meeting him for a house viewing. Thereafter he did a brilliant job of keeping us updated with the process, answering questions, and gee'ing up the various parties involved in the process, whilst being very personable whilst going about it.

Going in as a first time buyer I didn't know how the process for purchasing a property but I was supported from start to finish.
