I had the misfortune of needing their services due to an act of vandalism on a rented car. The experience with them was excellent. Good communication, and claim settled quickly and without fuss.
The only advice is to give a read about what behaviours to have in case of accident and what documentation will be needed to file a claim, this will avoid unpleasant conversations later.

100% Neccesary when renting anywhere. Don't wait for the heavy sell at the rental desk and the artificially high excess that these companies subsidise their low rentals with, insure against it.

Reasonable priced and claiming settled quickly once submitted correctly.
