Excellent service

Bought car hire excess insurance again from this company after previous positive experiences on more than one occasion. Very good value for an annual policy to cover my car hire in Europe and the UK. The policy offers very comprehensive coverage including windscreen, underside and tyres. Excellent responsive customer service when I needed them. Would recommend and no hesitation to use again.

Booked a policy

Booked a policy. Then decided to change the van hire dates.
Within 24 hours I notified them that I wanted to cancel the policy. As is any statutory rights in uk. Submitted a form. Got an automated response..... that was 6 days ago. There is no other way of contacting them. I will be requesting a charge back if no further communication is received.
Would hate to have to make a claim. Buyer beware cheap may not be best !!!

Quick and easy

Quick and easy to get the cover I required for van hire. Fortunately no claim was needed but it was worth it for peace of mind

Piece of mind when hiring cars

Piece of mind when hiring cars and very competitive on price. I would fully recommend. Having this excess cover in place also allows you to hire vehicles from cheaper companies knowing you have the excess covered.

No quibble payout :-)

We were charged £2000 for a teeny weeny scratch (we think someone bumped in to car at a supermarket with a shopping trolley) by the car rental con men. Reduce my excess paid out straight away no quibble. p.s. You can cancel a charge "hold" on your card before returning the vehicle, just call the credit card company.

Easy to arrange, good support but wording a little confusing or ambiguous in places. Real peace of mind.

All very easy to use and support has been excellent. Some of the terminology is ambiguous or confusing where the same product is referred to by different names and it is not clear on documentation whether you have World wide or worldwide+ which includes the important damage waiver for US and Canada. Price is much more comfortable than the same product offered (pushed) at the Rental Desk
