Great service!
Sent my tester off for re-calibration on Monday and it was personally delivered back to my home address on Wednesday, due to the guy living in the next town. Only my first time sending off the equipment but it’s been a fantastic service.

Hi Mr Spence. We always strive to go above and beyond but can be let down by couriers on occasion. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Your tester was received, calibrated and sent back out the same day. The courier UPS delivered 2 days later.
Can I ask if you have commented on the correct company as we have had no other collection requests from you? We would not collect via DHL and only send you a link to the Royalmail to send yourself via the post office. Please feel free to call us anytime to discuss. Thank you.

This was sent away from my correct address but the address which it was rerun back was not the correct address, Re Cal should check the address correctly as the postman should have realised that the post code was correct but the address wasn’t , lucky for me the lady who had it delivered new me!

MFT calibration
As with most calibration companies, Re-Cal set their prices at industry standard rates, not cheap, not overly expensive. I dropped my MFT off 1st thing in the morning and it was done before 11am with a courtesy phone call to say “come and collect”.
I found their staff helpful, professional and courteous throughout the process and will be using their service again.
