I had a really positive experience with Recal from start to finish. From the very beginning, the team was incredibly helpful, responsive, and genuinely invested in making sure everything went smoothly. They took the time to explain things clearly and made the whole process feel much less stressful than I expected.
Communication was also excellent throughout. Any questions I had were answered quickly, and I always felt kept in the loop. It’s clear they take pride in their work and care about delivering a high standard of service.
Overall, I would highly recommend Recal to anyone looking for a professional, reliable, and detail-oriented team. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again in the future.

No one came to pick my MFT up.
No one came to pick it up,nor did I receive a call to arrange a time and date to pick it up. I cannot find any email correspondence requesting me to make contact to arrange the pick up.

Hi Sam. We are sorry that you seem to have had a bad experience. We wish you had simply contacted us rather than immediately leave a poor review as we pride ourselves on a 5 star service. The calibration journey is clearly explained on the site. After booking, a link to Royal mail is sent to you to allow you to drop off at the post office or ask for a pick up. Did this not happen for you?, did you maybe check your spam emails?. We are happy to refund you, or you can call us to help where we can simply send the collection link to your email. Please get in touch and we will take the next step accordingly without issue.

Time wasted and lack of information and far to expensive for what’s required
Calibration was required was told a week later it was required for service package of which was then agreed as they already had my analyser. Later they informed me 9 days later that I need to make the payment for the item to be sent back which was agreed however took long for them to send the payment link which was then done after a phone call to them. Then item was sent back with few spares and and batteries replaced. No actual paperwork confirming what service has been done.
Time wasted and lack of communication is bad and price to get analyser calibrated through them is a waste when you can go direct to KANE
