Had my original watch stolen...I was delighted to see you sold the very same one...it held so many good memories...

I bought a watch as a Christmas present. Unfortunately it wasn't suitable, so it was returned. I've had no reply, no refund and no watch!! Ripped off!!

First watch i bought was to small on the wrist. RWC allowed me to get a different watch with no fuss. Very good company to deal with.

The company have now ceased trading. I returned a watch 6th January and now have to make a claim through my credit card provider

The watch I bought for my friend last two day strap fell off I got intouch via email heard nothing back so if your going to ask why 1 star your lucky to get that so so disappointed .

Before buying please ensure you have contact details if there is an issue with the watch. We purchased an Armini watch the winder fell off, we cannot get an email adress to contact them to ask about warrenty.
If we had purchased this from a local company we could just take it back. TK

The company is a scam. Not answering calls. My husband’s expensive watch has stopped working.

Purchased a watch Christmas as a gift from my husband. Had the watch on my wrist for 1 day pins and brackets fell out. Contacted the company completed the return form and sent it back, over a week later watch was returned same watch no replacement!! But fixed. It’s now happened again, been sending emails for 2 days now still no reply. They were quick to respond at Christmas as to not refund any money not quick now with any response

Delivery prior to x mas was great but the return and replace is still outstanding can’t get hold of anyone no reply to emails and no reply to calls
So now have no cash and no watch ???

It seems they have disappeared? website no longer exists, and email address is no longer working.

I purchased a watch as a christmas gift and have since returned the watch and requested a replacement. Despite constant contact to the company I have yet to receive the replacement or a reply advising why. Can someone please reply asap?

I bought my watch around September 2024. The watch had 2 years warranty and Disel Warranty. As a lot of people experienced below who rated them 1 star, I had the same issue… had back and forth communication on 11.01.25. I was advised to send back the watch and they will be in touch within 10 working days. Today is the 29th January. I had emailed asking for updates, but the email did not get through. So when I searched up the company, just to read the reviews, found out that the company got busted. Spent MOF £250 for the watch.

Terrible and would give no star.
I have spoken to citizens advice consumer line who has no record of this company, companies house have no records of them, the insolvency services has no records and no ceased trading on The London gazette online.
I want to return a watch and don’t know what to do anymore .I’ve paid a quarter of it but still have £90 yo pay off but Clearpay said they cannot help me.
For a previous order that I returned my bank have issued me with a chargeback.
Thanks for ruining a Christmas gift, you should be totally ashamed

A 21st present the watch was just what l wanted Super my granddaughter was very happy.

Quick delivery and the item was exactly as described.

Another scam company. bought watch which would not work, sent back to be replaced then informed company ceased trading on 16th January. They have now taken my watch and my money.

Received Armani watch as Xmas gift, after 3 weeks, strap fell apart. My wife tried to return watch, but received email saying they had ceased trading, and would no longer be honouring guarantees or repairs.........CRAP!!!! DONT EVEN KNOW IF WATCH IS GENUINE!!!

Sent a watch back and was told to wait 3-6 days for a refund, message received last week!
The have now gone under.
How could you do this to people who spent their Christmas money.
You are a total disgrace

we have sent a return back last week and got an email saying firm had gone bust and to contact the citizens advice bureau has anyone else had this message?
