Watch purchased was a Seiko. After 18 months it stopped. I was unable to contact the company, email failed to deliver and phone number was also unobtainable. Took the watch to a Seiko dealers who examined it and declared it to be counterfeit. Please avoid being sucked in with cheaper prices.

Do not buy brought a Gucci watch sent for repair and it’s fake !!!! Company don’t exist now no surprise

PLEASE BE AWARE IF YOU HAVE BOUGHT A WATCH FROM HERE! I sent my husbands watch to be repaired to Gucci as it was still under the GUCCI WARRANTY. Only to be told it is counterfeit a year late. I paid nearly £600. Their website has gone down, emails have bounced back and phone lines are not going through. Make sure you check your watch as you can be covered by your bank etc. if paid by credit/debit card.

I returned this watch the day after I received it with a post office receipt.I have never received a refund. I have tried repeatedly to contact company without any success. All numbers no longer in use gave up in the end.

It went bust just after we bought a watch so why are you continually sending emails asking me to review?

Wife loved it ,but only gets 4 stars as I had to get a new battery fitted at the end of January ,when sold they should have new batteries fitted

Watch is good , only reason for not 5 stars is the battery went flat after 4 wks

Sent the watch back to change it as it was the wrong watch ,you then said the company went out if business and couldn't change it ,so why did I not get the watch I returned or my money back ,I'm £100 pound out of pocket and no watch ,so what do I really think of the company, REALLY

The real watch company has stop trading since January 2025 so anyone saying they brought a watch from then in 2025 is lying and a fake review they got shut down due to fake watches being sold and have a massive legal case against them

I had a seiko Pepsi mens
watch for a Christmas present from my son which has now stopped running after four months on checking the serial number the watch seems to have been manufactured in 2018 that makes it seven year old before I received it ,being a mechanical watch surely the lubricants would have dried up making it never going to run properly in the first place I now feel we’ve been ripped off not even sure if it’s a genuine Seiko it has Chinese writing on the box and the guarantee card relating to America not the UK and now the company seem to have stopped trading so no chance of getting our money back feeling very disappointed

I purchased a emporio armani rose gold watch for my husband as a Christmas gift.
The watch is beautiful. The presentation box it came with was beautiful too. It looked like a luxury gift.
The delivery service was brilliant and I received updates from sent to received

Bought the vivienne westwood watch, stopped working after a short time tried to contact the real watch company but they have ceased trading. Sent the watch to the team that supply the watches and where the warranty is and they have confirmed they are in fact fake watches.

I purchased the watch in October for my daughter for Christmas it no longer works a the company is impossible to contact so I’m not very happy
