I found the process of changing my nominated account difficult online, in large part because I was not receiving messages from Raisin into my email account. I therefore telephoned Raisin. The call w... See more

Over a month has past since the end of the last tax year and still no interest statement for tax from Raisin. I called them and they said they are looking at dealing with it soon but gave no indication as to when it would be done. Every other bank and financial institution I have ever dealt with manages to produce this within a week of the end of the tax year.
Can you please get on with it! I need to submit my tax return.

An account had matured & I needed to reinvest the money.
The new interest rates were better than the old account & better than those I could find elsewhere, so it was a no brainer to keep the funds with Raisin in a new fixed rate.
Not the first time this has happened & so easy to do!

Rang with a query and spoke to Ashley who was friendly, patient, professional and thorough. He was unrushed and took the time to answer my questions in an easy, understanding manner.
It's satisfying to know when ringing Raisin, that I'm speaking to an actual person instead of a bot! Raisin's Customer Service has always been a positive experience when asking for advice/assistance and I would have no hesitation in recommending their platform

I had to speak to Raisin today via phone. I had an issue which was resolved promptly and patiently by Val. It was followed up straight away by a clarification e mail.
I was impressed by the length it took to answer the call and the helpful and professional advice provided by the call handler, Val.

The lady I spoke to was very helpful and had my query sorted swiftly. I am in my 70’s and well aware that my “tech savvy” is not brilliant. But her approach was kind and patient and she stayed on the line while I navigated my way through the correct procedure.

Five weeks after the end of 2026 tax year and Raisin can still not provide a consolidated tax certificate! Poor

Raisin offer a good choice of accounts which are easy to apply for. However I would like to see one improvement - it would be useful to see which accounts pay interest monthly.

Good luck getting a reply. Clearly, there doesn’t seem to be anyone actively handling customer support. I flagged an issue where it isn’t even possible to update your address, which feels like a significant security concern. Yet getting a response, or even having someone properly look into it, appears impossible.
**In reply to the response below: This does not work, and something I have been trying to get someone from Customer Service to look into for months but still waiting for a response. When you attach a PDF bank statement to an email you receive an error message.
Raisin your customer support is poor as are your computer systems.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Last Friday I spent 90 minutes on the phone and gave up. Today I got through after 58 minutes. I wanted them to reset my password but couldn’t as I’ve changed my phone number. The ‘customer services assistant’. Then proceeds to tell me that I have to pay a nominal £1 from my registered bank account to the Raisin account before they can reset. He was banging on about what browser I was using etc. I wanted to reset my password so that I can invest 100k. Well guess what Raisin I’ve had enough. I will also be closing my wife’s account that has substantial funds in at the earliest opportunity.
Avoid Raisin like the plague!

Gareth was friendly and patient. I am an older customer who finds technology difficult. He guided me through everything very well.
Best of all, your company shows you value your customers by answering the phone promptly and not making customers wait for ages! (I always do a phone test first - if they don't answer in a reasonable time - they don't get my money!!)
Forgot to say - they don't use Artificial Imbeciles so my blood pressure stays down!!

I was puzzled as to why I couldn't put a certain amount of money into a new Bank account. I rang Raisin and she immediately explained the reason. I have always found them knowledgable and helpful.

I thought I had been scammed. No reply to emails and useless phone conversation about the Senior Customer Service Team not acting on offering a solution. To add Insults they offered me £25 in compensation after the Financial Ombudsman had to step in to recover my money (£30k).
The money was needed and I had to wait for nearly 2 months before getting my money back. Legal action to recover your money may cost you a third of your savings. Basically Raisin put you between a rock and a hard place to try to deal with their incompetence. There is also a fake cloned website called Raisin, so be very careful with your money.
They use Clear bank which has only 1.9 star on Trustpilot. You can check it for yourself.
