Ordered via their website. Item was posted out quickly and was received by me within 2 days. It was well packaged and arrived safely. I received excellent service from RMS and would not hesitate to use them again.

Having stumbled on RMS, I found a model of interest at a great price but some negative reviews on this site caused concern. I phoned their office and put this to them directly. They confirmed that the item was in stock and could be shipped that day. They also said that many negs were quite old and that the company had hired more staff to ensure good customer service.

Reassured, I placed the order and paid with PayPal. 2 days later, my item arrived, well-packed and in perfect condition. Clearly, their investment in people and processes worked well.

Placed my first order after finding RMS on the Internet. Everything went well. Items delivered on time and well packaged. I expect to use their services again.

I’d not heard of RMS until this order. A search for Hornby GNER class 91 brought them up as best price. I am wary of some of these online shops that don’t actually stock items but source them when you order, so I did a bit of research; reviews all seemed positive. I emailed them on a Sunday about the contents of the Mk4 bundle they had, and had very pleasant exchange. So all seemed good, and I ordered the cl91. What brilliant service- Royal Mail tracked 48. Excellently packaged, so arrived perfect. I followed this up with their bargain Mk4 bundle, and the same perfect experience again. I genuinely cannot fault them.
And, they have a bonus rewards scheme, so I’m getting a few pounds off my next order. And there will be a next!
