Easy to navigate website, easy to complete transaction.
Didn't bother with tracking the order as it was 48 hour tracked, although I might have followed it up if delivery didn't happen (although possibly not as I write this, given that the Post Office is still clearing pre-Christmas in snarl ups).
But, yep, definitely happy with the whole deal.

Problem resolved efficiently by RMS
I tried to place an order on line on New Year’s Eve to take advantage of the 10% discount code that RMS were offering but there was a problem and my purchase could not be completed. Unfortunately, the offer expired on that evening so I used the RMS “contact us” form and explained my problem. I was contacted the next day (a Bank Holiday) by email and was told I could still go ahead with my order and they would refund me the 10% reduction as soon as I had placed my order which I did and the same day I received notification from my bank that a refund was arranged and I have received my goods very quickly.
The whole issue was resolved promptly and fully to my satisfaction and I was treated like a customer wants to be treated - with respect, courtesy and professionalism. I shall certainly use RMS again and fully recommend them to friends. Very keen prices too!

Faster than a speeding locomotive
Informative Web site, great selection of models at good prices, placed an order to be shipped to Oz & was well informed of its progress. 8 days to deliver over Xmas.

Excellent transaction
This was my first time using RMS and it was an excellent transaction, web site worked smoothly and the ordering process was straightforward. Very well packed and quickly shipped to Canada. Communications were very good. Tracking worked flawlessly. Very happy with RMS.

I have shopped in UK through mail order for 25 years but RMS was still new for me. The experiance has been very pleasant. The website works well, the flow of information on the progress of my order was smooth and frequent and the parcel was well packed. When everything works well, there really is nothing to say!!!!

Great service and quick delivery to Australia
What a great experience purchasing from RMS. The loco and carriage I wanted were both on sale, so a great price to start with. Then I got a 5 pound discount for being a first time customer and Royal Mail postage cost to Australia was very reasonable, so I was very happy with the cost. After placing my order I received an email within 2 hours saying that my order was on its way, and it arrived 5 days later. Just amazing. Thank you RMS, I could not be happier with my purchase.
