Personal Alarm
I was setting this up on behalf of my Mum and received the wrong alarm. My Mum hadn’t returned home from rehab at this stage so it wasn’t the end of the world but if she had have been, she’d have been left with no alarm for a few days. It was registered to someone else. This was quickly resolved however I was told the wrong one would be collected by DPD within a few days and that still hasn’t happened over a week ago. This meant another phone call to radius. The phone lines to Radius do not always have a clear connection for some reason. Everyone was lovely that I spoke too but not the best experience
