Easy to set up, very straightforward M!

We have been contacted a couple of times by Radius to let us know that our loved one needed help. He didn’t want or need an ambulance just required help from his family. It helped us sleep better at night especially as we had been contacted a couple of times we knew the system was good

the lady who I spoke to about setting up an account was so polite and took great care to make sure I understood what the whole process involved and she also made sure i had heard everything she said as I am slightly deaf.The actual packet containing the set up was with me within two days and I found the instructions easy to follow.Within 30 mins everything was set up and I have felt so much easier about things

A keenly priced Personal Alarm from a company who isn't out to maximize profit from our older citizens. Just what we wanted for my father-in-law, a 24 hour monitored personal alarm that he can trigger if in any sort of difficulties whilst by himself. On our inaugural 'test' the locally based call handler responded immediately and was very empathetic with a much older senior citizen, reassuring him with her attention to detail and sympathetic clear annunciation. The whole family are very reassured with this provision of a 24 hour monitored personal alarm for the dearly treasured oldest member of our family, knowing that at any time an emergency response to him is only a button push away. The automatic fall detection is also a bonus and real comfort to the family.

Simple set up process and quick delivery of the home hub and pendant. Customer services was great when we noticed an issue with the account phone number attached and the issue was sorted straight away. From ordering the product until my Radius Connect 24 arrived with me, only took but a few days. Something which was of great important to me, as it gave me an inner peace, which was of the greatest importance to me.

The product didn't work. A new one has had to be requested.

Easy to set up and install, made the test call and everything was fine.

Requesting and setting up the alarm was very straightforward. All the information was clear and easy to follow. Very speedy connection when alarm tested and those responding were both positive and supportive.

I found ordering

I have only recently joined Radius having dithered for quite a while. However the whole process proved to be very straightforward, pleasant and efficient. Charlotte talked me through the registration and completed it for me by phone. I received the kit within days and setting it up could not have been easier! The initial test call was immediate, the voice on the other end was so friendly, kind and comforting - patiently explaining the procedure in the event of an actual call & indeed should I ever press the button by mistake! My daughters were with me during the test and they too thought it was so good to witness. One of them said she felt she would like to give her a hug!
I appreciate having the peace of mind now and I know my family & friends are also more content now on my behalf.
