Was in a café when I noticed the transaction I made earlier didn’t pop up. First thought — WiFi’s trash. Second thought — oh no.
Messaged Quppy support while still in line for coffee. By the time my cappuccino was ready, they’d replied and confirmed it was processing fine.

Tbh I didn’t expect support to even reply — I’m so used to either bots or 3-day wait times. But they actually answered me? In like under an hour?
And they didn’t just copy-paste some nonsense, they fixed the issue. Respect. Didn’t think I’d say that about a crypto app lol.

The app froze once during an update

The app froze once during an update, and I almost deleted it out of habit. Glad I didn’t — the next version was faster, and support explained everything without a script-y tone. Been using it for my weekly swaps since. It’s not perfect, but it’s… dependable. And that’s kinda rare.

Not usable, Support unreachable!

This is a real desaster! You can't use this app cause it will makement you go mad and you can't manage your money. I received a payment from UPS - yes, the worldwide known parcel service. But these geniusses rejected it WITHOUT even informing me. It was just the payment of an insurance for a lost parcel. Not even a high sum. I just started using the app and this is what it works like. About every payment you receive you have to be worried. Completely usual payments from serious companies are rejected. I wrote to the support via mail and chat. They did not answer why they didn't inform me. All I got was a short message to explain purpose and relationship with the sender of the payment. Well, what suspicious relationship could an ordinary private customer like me have to a company like UPS? I mailed back the explanation. No one answered anymore. Although they advertise on their website with '24/7 customer service'. I am waiting since three days.
So: You can't use this app because you can never be sure that it works and that you're informed if problems occur. Money send to you can never be safe. STAY AWAY!

Had a SEPA transfer that didn’t land where it should. Was ready for a week-long email thread and generic apologies. Instead, Quppy’s support team replied in under 15 minutes (on a Tuesday morning, no less), found the issue, and the money arrived the same day. No gaslighting, no nonsense — just actual help. That alone puts them ahead of 90% of fintechs I’ve dealt with.

I perceive fraud!

I believe they're using our monies for investment purposes without our notice, cause tell me why they'll hold on to my money for days, allowing it to process without any reasons or documents verification, yet they go ahead to decline it? They're scam, run for your life, don't take this as a joke or one who is trying to ruin someone's else's business, they'll frustrate the hell out of your life.
