Support ignores customers while holding their funds
I am extremely disappointed with Quppy and their support team.
For almost a week now, I have been trying to resolve an urgent issue regarding access to my funds, but I am being completely ignored both by email support and through Telegram.
I currently have 651 EUR stuck in my account and I cannot withdraw or access my own money because I am unable to complete verification due to my expired residence permit. Instead of providing any alternative solution or assistance, Quppy support simply stopped responding to me altogether.
Their website states a response time of around 12 working hours, yet I have received no real help for days despite multiple messages and repeated attempts to contact them.
At this point, I feel abandoned by the company. My funds are effectively frozen, I cannot use them, withdraw them, or even receive proper communication from support.
I understand compliance procedures are necessary, but completely ignoring customers while holding their money hostage is unacceptable.
I am asking Quppy to:
- respond to my case immediately,
- provide an alternative verification solution,
- allow withdrawal access,
- or return the funds to the original sender.
This situation has caused me severe stress and financial problems, and I sincerely hope the company finally takes responsibility and responds publicly.
Update
Absolutely terrible experience with Quppy.
My funds have effectively been locked on this platform, and support has been ignoring me for over a week. They claim to respond within 12 working hours, yet in reality they reply once every 4–5 days with useless template answers that do not solve anything.
I currently have 651 EUR stuck in my account and I cannot access or withdraw my own money because I am unable to complete verification due to an expired residence permit. Instead of offering any real assistance, alternative verification, temporary withdrawal access, or even a proper explanation, Quppy simply keeps delaying and avoiding responsibility.
What makes the situation even worse is that these are payouts from OnlyFans, meaning the sender usually cannot simply reverse the transfer after it has already been completed. Quppy knows this perfectly well, yet they continue redirecting me back to the sender instead of resolving the issue from their side.
At this point, it feels like customer funds are being held hostage while support intentionally ignores urgent cases.
I have contacted them repeatedly through:
- email support,
- Telegram support,
- and formal requests regarding refund or withdrawal access.
Despite all of this, no real solution has been provided.
I formally requested:
- return of funds from their side,
- or temporary withdrawal access so I can resolve the issue myself.
Instead of helping, they continue delaying the case and avoiding accountability.
This situation has caused serious stress, financial difficulties, and complete loss of trust in this company.
I strongly advise people to think twice before trusting Quppy with their money, especially if there is any chance of compliance or verification issues arising.

Soviet service.
Don’t put your money in Quppy !
Terrible experience
I received a transfer of 69€ and it has been processing for 4 days, not credited nor rejected and sent back to the sender, just ghosting, I have contacted the support via email and social networks and guess what? no reply! Is Quppy even regulated to perform transactional services or is it just a scamming façade!
Luckily i tested with just a small amount and didn’t put my whole funds there.

Had about 250 EUR sitting in the account and needed USDC quickly. Opened Quppy, did the swap, and the balance updated almost right away. Didn’t feel like waiting around.
Funds not repaid for more than 2 weeks
I made a €115 crypto exchange on February 4, 2026, at 8:00 AM.
The transaction was rejected on February 6.
Since then, the €115 has still not been credited to my account.
For several days now, customer support has been responding with the same automated message stating that a "technical bug" is being resolved.
It has now been over two weeks without a refund or a specific date.
Please process this case promptly.
Customer support unreachable, please be careful
Since December, I've had a problem with my account. I received a transfer, and following that, my account was restricted for verification, which I completed with one of their agents. Unfortunately, it wasn't processed, so I requested a refund of my account balance. Since then, I've been sending email after email, but without any response. I'm starting to doubt the credibility of this bank.

quppy scam me in 100 gbp
Dear Quppy Support Team,
I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding a failed GBP deposit and the complete lack of response from your support team so far.
Incoming transaction
🕒 Operation Time: January 28, 2026 01:26
I deposited £100 GBP using the GBP bank account details provided within the Quppy app. The transaction was declined without any clear explanation. More concerning is the fact that the funds have not been returned to the sender, and their current status remains unknown.
I have contacted Quppy support twice by email to explain the situation and request clarification, but I have not received any response. This lack of communication and transparency regarding customers’ funds is unacceptable.
At this point, I am still waiting to understand:
Where the £100 GBP currently is
When and how the funds will be returned, or what steps are required from my side
Please treat this matter as urgent and provide a clear update as soon as possible. If I do not receive a response within a reasonable timeframe, I will have no choice but to escalate the issue further.
I expect your prompt assistance in resolving this matter.

It's perfectly acceptable for my use case. I rarely use fiat currencies, mostly crypto, and it's convenient that the app supports both assets within a single platform.

Thought I’d messed up my top-up because the balance didn’t update right away. Turned out I just needed to refresh. Support was patient, didn’t make me feel dumb. That alone deserves five stars.
They’re a scam, don’t bother applying for a bank account
They’re a scam. Don’t even bother applying for their bank accounts. Incoming transfers get placed on hold for days and rejected with no explanation. They keep users’ funds without proper clarification. Support is inexistant, no one will respond to you unless you expose them on their Twitter page publicly below their comments. Only then will you get the response given to everyone complaining here “we process all payments within the timeframes in accordance with the law….” It’s just bullsh*t. There are no notifications in the app when you receive a payment. Their license should be revoked (if they do have one). These are not the people you want running a financial institution.

Complaint against Quppy — suspicion of fraudulent activity. I want to warn everyone about possible fraudulent actions by the company Quppy. Recently, I transferred 2000 EUR to my personal account with Quppy, after which my account was blocked without any explanation. Since then, access to my funds has been restricted, and company representatives have stopped responding to messages. After funding my account with 2000 euros, it was blocked, and I was informed that I needed to go through “additional verification.” I was then asked to send my documents through a suspicious external link that does not belong to the official Quppy domain. I have sent four emails to their official support address over the past two weeks, and no one has replied. After checking reviews online, I noticed that most of the positive comments about Quppy are fake: they are posted by newly created accounts with no other reviews on other platforms, and the review texts look template-based and often machine-translated. I demand that Quppy unblock my account, return the 2000 EUR to the sender (it is not necessary to credit it back to my blocked account), provide an official explanation for the account suspension, and share the internal policies or regulations under which such actions were taken. I also demand that they stop asking for personal documents through suspicious, non-official links. Warning to users: be extremely cautious when dealing with Quppy, verify all links, do not send copies of your documents to unknown recipients, and keep screenshots of all communications. If your account has also been blocked, I recommend joining forces with other affected users to file a collective complaint to financial authorities in the EU (such as FCA, FIU, EBA, or your country’s cybercrime police). I hope this post helps others avoid a similar situation and draws the attention of regulators to this company’s activities.

app works okay
app works okay, transfers go through, but the design could use a refresh. It feels a bit old-school. Still, haven’t had a single failed transaction, so can’t really complain much.

I once contacted support fully expecting to argue with a chatbot. Instead, a real person answered, explained the issue, and even followed up later to check if everything was fine. It felt strange in a good way — like old-school customer service, but in a crypto app.

I needed to cover an urgent expense and only had USDT on hand. I opened Quppy, swapped it to GBP, and had the money in my bank account before the invoice deadline. No delays, no “pending forever.” That kind of speed is what makes the difference for me.
