We had an excellent stay at this apartment over the weekend.
The location is truly 5-star — incredibly convenient, safe, and perfect for exploring Wembley. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully presented, and had absolutely everything we needed as a family of three.

From the fully equipped kitchen to the comfortable living space and thoughtful touches throughout, it made our stay feel effortless and relaxing. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into maintaining this property to a very high standard.

We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality accommodation in a fantastic location.

Paying 2.5k for an 1 bedroom apartment only to be stuck in a house that smells like weed daily every winter.
Random people who don’t live here gather on the staircase and smoke weed. I have to keep calling security who will eventually come leisurely to escort the strangers out.

The front desk team are always fast to assist with any issues regarding parking. Thank you team!

Mannie and Mani were very helpful and kind when changing our mattresses. They did an excellent job and were quick and efficient.

Manie+manis come cockle to fixing my tape and the done good job I have been levelling with the company for 5 years I always revive delay response this is the first time after 5 years to receive a cockle response from the company I wish this will stay like this! I ben 5 years pay for service that I’m not able to use it because of the bad service.

Mani and Matt from the maintenance team have helped with many of the issues in the apartment. They are here to help resolve and fix the issues in most suitable manner. Very professional and reliable.

The job was done quickly by both Mannie and Mani and they were polite.

Overall, really enjoyed my time living in Ferrum.
The building has great facilities, the location is ideal, and my flat was comfortable. The team were always quick to help if I needed anything, which made living here a really good experience.
Special thanks to Maintenance Team, Mani, Karol, Andrea and Joanna who whenever we encounter has always been a pleasure and quick, practical solutions.
I’d definitely recommend Ferrum to anyone looking for a place in Wembley Park.

it’s genuinely been a wonderful experience. The building and apartments are beautifully designed, well maintained, and truly feel like home.

While communication with the Resident Team can occasionally be a little challenging — which is understandable given the size and structure of the company — the overall living experience has been fantastic.

Liana, Emma, Joanna, Mani, Karol and Andrea. They are consistently professional, approachable, and incredibly dependable. You’ll see them around the building every day, always working diligently and ready to assist with anything that needs attention. Their presence and responsiveness really set Ferrum apart.

I’d like to give a huge shoutout and heartfelt thanks to the amazing maintenance team in my building. Especially Lucian, who has been absolutely incredible — always responsive, solution-oriented, and ready to help no matter the time of day or night. His dedication truly goes above and beyond.

Also, a big thank you to Andrea, Johanna, Karol, Emma, and Mani — they’re always kind, professional, and super efficient. Every time there’s been an issue, they’ve handled it quickly and made sure everything was perfect.

Thanks to this wonderful team, our building feels like a real home — comfortable, well-maintained, and cared for. You’re all absolute stars, and we’re so grateful for everything you do! 🌟👏🏻

Mani and Toni were friendly, efficient, and identified a non reported issue and are currently working on fixing it, great experience.

I had a issue with my flat and Mani from maintenance team sorted it out professionally and quickly. He’s been respectful and helpful to me every time I met him.

Recently needed some help with broken shelves and Mannie U and was fantastic. They fixed the shelves swiftly and without hassle. Brilliant service and would 10/10 recommend!

Love the building. Close to Wembley stadium and plenty of shops for convenience

Nice flats. Events team putting on more events. Halloween event was fun. Great setup lots of drinks food. Friendly staff. Could increase number of residents to events space can accommodate more.
