I have to regularly order envelopes for our folder inserter and ink for our franking machine. Gemma is always fantastic and very efficient and I have my deliveries within a few days. She checks in every now and then to see if I need stock

I recently had an excellent experience and felt compelled to share my feedback. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. The process was smooth, communication was clear, and any questions I had were answered promptly.

Excellent, Secure Self Seal Envelopes
I order envelopes on a regular basis, the paper is quite thick and not transparent at all, the peal and seal strip is very strong, perfect for confidential documents.
I have used this company many times and their customer service is brilliant, Stuart Lythell (Manager) ensures delivery in a timely manner, also in contact throughout the process.

I had some minor issues that needed…
I had some minor issues that needed resolving and had called and emailed Neopost (Still prefer that name to "Quadient") many times over the last month with no luck. So many messages were left for people to call me, but of course nobody ever did.
I eventually spoke with Hayley Napier who seems to be the only person in the company that could and would actually help with my issues. They need more Hayley's in the company to replace the rest of the unhelpful 'customer service' assistants and so-called 'business managers'.
